I went to this business and and spoke with Julio B such a nice employee, I had 1 sign and 1 car magnet made, I asked and I was told that they were with the NW Chamber found out it was not true they were the previous year, Jeremy told me if I wanted a discount he would send me to Giordano Signs and that he was not going to cheapen himself for anyone if I did not agree I could leave and go Giordano, I should have demanded my money back and left, a little problem with the writing which was not a problem for Julio but it was a BIG problem with his BOSS Jeremy because first off His Boss complained that he gave me a sign bigger than I paid for and was not happy with him (Julio). I also wanted to have a Name Tag and Business Cards made thru Julio, Jeremy said no he was not going to do be doing anymore business with me and he refused to do anything further and told me to leave his shop, I did because there was no one else to witness his RUDENESS towards me I asked for the proofs he refused to give me my business card back . I wrote the BBB because I had nothing but rudeness and unprofesionalisim from Jeremy the owner from the first time I met him he was too unconcerned and promised me my sign on Friday which was not done so I went all weekend without my sign and no phone call and when I caled on Monday he was yeling at me he had Julio send me a message which was not nice , Julio did such a great job on both the lawn Sign and the Magnent I wished him well and to please destroy the proofs because I will not ever go back there nor will I send some else there to get VERBALlY ABUSED by Jeremy The Owner of writeway signs & designs. I would never treat anyone in that manner. P.S. I `m only giving 1 star to the employee Julio B, and the way he made my sign and magnent , not Jeremy. read more
