I was told Brookfield did a great job with paint so I was surprised to see a blob of paint left behind. Frank came out to look and said, "Oh, that's the manufacturer's mark." This was, of course, a lie. So, I had the tech come out and look and the first thing he said was, "Oh, that shouldn't be there." He gave me two options: take the car as is, or come back (it needed to be completely re-done to fix this problem). Ultimately, I decided to take the car, but I asked him, "what happens if paint starts to flake off" and he said there was a "lifetime guarantee of their work, for as long as I owned the car." I asked whether this was in writing anywhere, and he said, "it's a verbal agreement." Hmmmmmm..... By the way, when I went to pick up the car it was filthy -- it had rained and there was mud caked in the wheel wells. And there's something weird they do with billing: they don't charge you X dollars for paint, they charge you X dollars per hour of paint. Um, wut? On the whole, I would not say this was a good experience. I didn't appreciate Frank's attempt to con me.

They do such a great job on both the interior and the exterior. They have different packages that focus on different needs. (seats, carpets, etc) This was my first time getting #7, the carpet shampooing package. My kid dropped a large sugary beverage and it spilled all over. I cleaned it the best I could, but the next day my car still had an awful overwhelmingly sweet smell. I felt like I had a brand new car after they were done with it! I've been coming to this car wash for 4 years and they never disappoint. They are pretty fast and efficient. They pay attention to detail and even vacuum my car seats- which I appreciate. I recommend coming early during the week because they get very busy. There's an outdoor seating area while you wait. I usually pick up food nearby and eat. (On Queen St, there's so many food options: Fancy Bagels, Starbucks, Dunkin, Ellie's Farmhouse - our favorite brunch spot... etc. Jersey Mike's, Chipotle, Moe's, Buffalo Wild Wings, iHop, a ton of fast food restaurants, etc. depending on the time of day!) I tell everyone about this place. They are wonderful! It's relatively inexpensive, especially considering that they have consistently done a great job every time. I've never paid more than $70 before tip. Tip is completely optional and they've never asked/ they aren't pushy or expectant about it. You can give a tip directly to them or discretely put it in one of their secure tip boxes. The cost of a wash without any special package is $20-something I think. (I forgot to take a photo of the sign.) They have a punch card for loyalty - and they do a free wash on your birthday! ****The prices in the sign photo attached to my previous review are old, from 2022. Prices have increased since then but they are still very reasonable!***
