Her studio is extremely body positive. She accepts all students of every race, shape, size, age, gender identity, sexual orientation and ability. The variety of her students is a testament to how welcoming her studio is. You are never asked to do anything that might hurt you, and really encouraged her students to work with where their bodies are.
