All of the DJs are volunteers and work on their own free time, without pay. I visited the studio last week during their radiothon and was pleasantly surprised with the shows J-Magic's Jambalaya (Where the Guitar is the Star) and Spoonful of Blues. Their commitment to providing free radio (ie free of commercials/ads) is really awesome and they are even available streaming online at www.valleyfreeradio.org. I listen on Tuesday nights, when the above mentioned programs are airing. I hope that VFR continues to be on the airwaves for years to come.

It had expired Jan 28! And to top it off, bNapoli management refused to accept it. They suggested I go back to WMAS to request a new coupon, which I did. Guess what? Sweet deals basically said sorry but no enchilada! They would not renew the coupons nor give me my money back. They said it was up to the restaurant to give me the initial $25 investment!
