The letter I posted may not be a bill but I received the actual bill from my provider Ghi just last week in the same amount. I never said anything about my insurance covering any vitamins once again you people are trying to deflect from the issue and respond to my comments to try to make yourselves look good . Also I was NEVER OFFERED A REFUND. NEVER , you really need to stop it and own up to your mistakes. I'm not posting the bill from my provider because it has too much of my information but it reflects the same amount as this explanation of benefits I posted which is why I POSTED IT. Once again I was never offered a refund by this provider! NEVER! I will have my boyfriend post his review since he had a similar experience with Nicole minus the huge bill. 1/31 Lies lies lies. That should tell anyone even considering using your services all they need to know. It's wasteful and it was unnecessary. Especially when you Nicole told me that the blood work itself would only cost " a few hundreds" that's exactly what you said to me. $1700 out of my pocket or yearly insurance contribution is a lot for something I didn't need , that's not a few hundred dollars. Then to ask my boyfriend why he came back a third Time in your response to his review? Really? that was because your office called him to come in for a follow up and when he told you he would not be using your services since he found out on the second visit that it would be covered by his insurance , you told him you had alternative plans to help him which turned out to be false when he got there! Stop deceiving people I was in the room while he was on the phone. Terrible service and you should be ashamed for misleading leading us.

Since this place had some excellent reviews, I decided to try it. I have been struggling with a pinched nerve for quite some time, and during my first visit, they asked me to get an X-ray done. However, since they are closed on weekends, I had to wait until the next business day. Finally, Monday arrived, and the doctor explained my situation. She used some machines to loosen up the muscles around my back and neck. Afterward, she cracked my mid-back, which sent a shocking sensation down my arm and worsened my situation. I asked if they're cleaning the benches and head rests after every patient, especially in light of the coronavirus, and I was told it's done every day, not every patient.
