Their VO2 max machine is still down according to the online scheduling and AI text response. I wouldn't say this is a place you should never go, but I will say that other places offer the same services, with a working VO2max machine, better customer service at similar prices. Unless you live next door, I recommend you continue to shop around as this experience won't be a great one and Dallas has options.
