I don't have time to repeat myself if you aren't listening, i have to get to my office." I was APPALLED! She is dealing with sick people here, not school children who have misbehaved. Should you come across her at norwalk hospital, you may want to ask to see another Dr, or just be sure you're paying attention bc she's not about to go to any lengths to make sure you understand what's going on w your health.

She listens and we come up with a solution, where as the other Doctors just listened, and that was all. I can not say enough good things about her. I leave her office always feeling much better. I do not think I could ever find someone who I mesh with so well. I would definately advise going to her. You will be very glad that you did.

In my two visits with her ( I refused to go back ) she brought up controversial subjects out of…read morenowhere and would not let them go. Debating did not help, either (the subjects were: that evolution wasn't true and that women will always be unhappy if they expect men to do housework-no I'm not joking). What set her off was when she asked me about my career path which is in animal science, where I mentioned evolution at some point; and my childhood family, where I mentioned chores and work were split evenly. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but to have a doctor derail my session twice and take so much time out of it is terribly unprofessional.

It was so easy and so tasty, I was beside myself! She inspired me to do more cooking and succeeded in making me love the kitchen where others had failed! She's a miracle-worker! Now I read labels, and I love eating and cooking healthy, organic foods! I can't recommend her enough! She is a miracle worker if she could change someone like me who was so resistant to being in the kitchen!

But I am not really a fan of organic food but it was lovely to experience. The yoga was the best part and it was relaxing! I want to say thank you to Susan and her co worker. The food was slightly undercooked and I have a friend with no spleen so it is dangerous for her to eat things that are undercooked and the reason it was under cooked was because Susan told me the food was ready but it was not. Also you are supposed to wash your hands after you crack an egg because you might get salmonella and that is dangerous but we did not even wipe out hands and that is not good.. So overall I would go again but I would not recommend paying money for regular classes however if you are a fan of healthy cooking this could be the class you are looking for. so thank you again for having us!
