Luckily they welcomed my questions and answered all of them for me. The doctor explained what each medication does, the possible side effects and contraindications to taking each medicine. They reviewed a diet plan that's really been effective and even gave me an easy exercise plan. I had a few major back surgeries that makes doing most exercises impossible. They understood this and we went over in detail what I can and can't do. Riding a bike and walking is easy for me so they have me on a bike riding and walking program. I walk my dog several times a day so this is perfect for me. Since it's been so hot outside, after I walk my dog in the morning I ride my stationary bike at home in front of the TV. As far as diet goes I'm eating healthy. And I don't crave anything. Im really happy with the type of care I'm getting, how everyone treats me and the results I've gotten. Donna trained with Ramona from Joseph Pilate's studio so she follows the method and does true pilates, where some folks hang a pilates shingle and do there own rendition. Donna is also schooled in massage and is an expert regarding aroma and other alternative therapies. Today I almost skipped Pilates because I had horrible back pain (I usually don't have a bad back). I took the elevator because I couldn't walk the stairs and I could barely walk in hunched over. I had taken ibuprofen and donna rubbed some essential oil into my back. she customized a series of exercises with small movements that didn't seem like much. after 45 minutes, I was walking much better and took the stairs down and feel far more functional. whatta difference! I am usually very strong and do a "standard/advanced" workout but today was a totally different need and Donna proved why I keep coming back and she is worth the premium.

I love how the space isn't old school iron, but still has that rough feeling being in a warehouse and concrete floors, etc. As for what the gym has to offer, holy shit, practically everything from 55lb bars to a bunch of weird and different accessory machines lots of gyms don't have. The atmosphere of the gym is alright. I prefer Iron Sport Gym Inc over this gym when it comes to atmosphere. This place is always dead and there aren't a lot of people who come here when I have visited the few times. I think it's $10 a day, but the owner could careless if you pay.
