They have a lot of equipment to use including, treadmills, stair climber, stationary bikes, eliptical, free weights, and resistance training machines in abundance. I usually visit any where from 2pm through 6pm, weekdays, and it is usually really empty leaving a good majority of the equipment open for use. On that note, try to come at a different time, so that I can have my free roam of the gym. After workouts, there are male and female locker rooms, with showers, restrooms facilities and a hot sauna room. The have a large lap pool stiuated indoors, and just outside of the pool area boasts a sun bathing are with reclining chairs and tables. Other amenties include: racketball court, basketball court, on-site baby sitters, and weekly/ daily exercise programs for groups.

That's the only redeeming quality about this gym. The service is terrible. Staff communication is absent. The facilities are under repair for months at a time. For the last few months prior to writing this review, I had been going to this gym regularly to swim. I went to this gym at all hours of the morning, evening, weekdays, and weekends. Everytime I came into the gym (most) of the front desk staff barely acknowledged my existence. I'm fine with not being greeted although I think it is unprofessional. NOT ONCE did any staff member communicate to me that there may be an issue with my account despite several opportunities to do so. Finally, on a HOLIDAY weekend, I'm informed by a front desk staff member that my account was not only canceled, but the passed due amount had already been SENT TO COLLECTIONS?!?! I was literally just in there the day before on a Friday morning where NO ONE said a single word to me concerning any passed due amount. It turns out that months ago my card was stolen and had to be replaced. Most subscription services that I did not remember to update had the decency to send a reminder or an alert whenever they attempted to charge my account. Instead of a call, text, email, smoke signal, or generally make the slightest bit of effort to communicate to me that there may be an issue with my account, ALL THE STAFF chose to remain silent when I walked in. I find that kind of behavior incredibly cowardly and incompetent.
