My husband spent nearly two months here, during his battle with cancer. He also spent a number of weeks at another hospital, and it has to be said Wycombe came out tops. I've only been here as an outpatient but the nurses were fantastic. There was a bit of a lack of communication between the various nurses and consultants though so there was a lot of who told you that? going on. It seemed clean enough but far from sparkling. It has that old worn grey look. When I was waiting in reception one time, I overheard one of the receptionists coming back from the toilet saying That toilet spits out when you flush you know. That doesn't sound very hygenic to me, but I didn't test it myself. read more
