Stopped in this location to pick up some Elderberry and BlackBerry Mead. Service was great and they offer discounts for half and whole cases. The Mead is amazing and is definitely a must have for those who like sweet or dessert wine. read more

Customer service was horrendous. I stopped in thinking I was going to get some recommendations from an expert and being local I love supporting local businesses. Went in and the lady said hi and that was about it. She watched me walk back and forth as I made comments about how I didn't know there were so many options. As I asked for what was a good one to go with she just sat there and didn't say much aside from "do you like sweet or dry." After I said dry for me and something sweet for my husband she didn't have much of a response. I was actually irritated but decided to purchase a bottle. after the transaction she didn't even say thank you. Instead just handed me the receipt and said "here you go." I would have appreciated a thank you or have a nice day. I get people have bad days but when a customer walks in give them the best you got. I couldn't have been more disappointed. read more

Not as good as their Topeka location for a tasting room. The tasting felt obligatory and mechanical... we were in and out in 15 minutes, they didn't describe the wines or really care that we were there. If you like elderberry wines make a stop if not keep driving to where someone cares. read more

The owner, beth, is very cold and not very accommodating. If I hadn't have counted my deposit I would have been shorted $200! The worker, Jessica, is amazing! We had our wedding there and she was willing to do anything I needed. Very friendly and super sweet. The wine is good too ... just go there on the days the owner isn't there!! read more

So not only was the women working there RUDE. She literally answered the phone and said "what do you want." After I had said hello, who does that? My boyfriend was in the shops getting us elderberrys for me and my sick kids. I had a question so he had me talk to the rude lady that was the only one working there. Any question asked she wasn't helpful about but almost seemed to be annoyed that they were being asked. She had a smug attotude and we will NEVER be back bc they have shown they don't care how customers are treated bc there has been a lot of Facebook complaints about the same women on there page and they have done nothing about it. They even deleted my comment and blocked me on their page. But yet answered all of the bad reviews left previously by white women. I am a person of color... this was very eyebrow raising too. Why did all of there concerns get answered and mine got swept under the rug? I'm leaving a bad review about this place ANY and EVERYWHERE that I can bc they WILL NOT successfully silence me. Tried this winery today and the woman working was very rude and unwelcoming. She barely responded to my questions and acted like it was a chore to serve me samples of wine. She is lucky I bought a bottle. I've been to many wineries in Kansas and throughout the United States and they all have been friendly and made me feel welcome. Will never return to this one and don't recommend to others. read more
