It is definitely a conflict of interest and this company should be fired, or at least the manager of Winding Cypress should be fired, as it is clear they do not represent the majority of the neighborhood but only about 1/3.

She then used this as grounds to file a complaint against me. This incident appears to have marked the beginning of continued and selective enforcement actions against me. Most recently, I received a violation notice regarding my black Ring doorbell. While a new rule was just passed by the association regarding doorbell colors, I was cited immediately, despite the fact that at least 10 other units in the community have similar devices. Even the association president acknowledged that this enforcement was premature. I am requesting that these matters be reviewed seriously, as the pattern of behavior raises concerns of harassment and selective enforcement. I have previously tried in the past but Seacrest refused to answer my calls.
