Stayed for one night and found this hotel to be very modern and clean. I actually thought it was one of the nicest Wyndham Hotels I've ever stayed in. Our room was clean and quiet for sleeping with no hallway noise which was nice. This hotel is convenient to the parks and the outlets. There is a huge modern lobby with a bar and a snack area to purchase snacks and drinks. This is very convenient if staying here. They have an outdoor pool as well. Parking is free and extremely convenient. My only complaint would be that there was no soap at the sink. Thank goodness I always travel with my own!! When I inquired about it at checkout I was told that they ran out of soap. One would think if a hotel ran out of bar soap they would run to the store and buy some for the guests! I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it as well.

I'm being nice in this review, however there were things I didn't like. We didn't arrive until 1AM and I was not acknowledged for my Diamond status. The hotel gives you nothing for status. No free water or free breakfast. Besides that we get to our room and one rag had blood on it and nightstand had some sticky substance. We were too tired to go back down and so after checking that sheets were clean and no bugs, we went to sleep. The King room is nice size for 2 people. Shower was big, which was nice since we needed to get in and get ready for bed. No free breakfast so go eat elsewhere.

Contemporary Hotel! Perfect place to Relax! Staff is great! Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms are nice, clean and simple. Room had a serene feeling. No artwork on the walls.. The beds are super comfy! Outdoor pool. 24-hr access to a fitness center. 4-stars due to the "restaurant" being very limited during my stay, but there are plenty of dining options within walking distance. Room had a mini-fridge, but no microwave I also like that there are several fun activities to do in the area also within walking distance. A plus to this location is that having a car is not necessary!!! Great stay! Overall nice hotel! Great Price! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This was an amazing stay. We came for Christmas and went to Universal studios in the morning. I have to say that from the moment we stepped into the lobby it was such a pleasure. It was cold that night & we had been traveling for hours, the checking in was fast, they got me right into my room. It was warm and cozy and most importantly very clean. Breakfast in the morning before the park was good ( you have to pay) but it was yummy & served fast. They offer free coffee that was a plus for me! As a coffee lover. I would absolutely recommend this stay, and will definitely be coming back next year. As we plan to make this a Christmas tradition. Oh ! And let me not forget to mention the price was reasonable. Just about right not overly expensive either for the location. Bring 7 minutes from universal studios. Stay here you won't regret it.

We booked this hotel on Hotels.com for a staycation trip this past weekend. Right from when you walk in the lobby is clean and welcoming. They have a quick stand with water, soda, beer and some snacks. You can purchase right at the front desk or have them charge the room. Check in was quick and painless and parking was easy even on a busy evening. Our room must of been a handicap room because it was really spacious and a wide entry with somethings lower than you would see. Regardless the room was super clean with sensor lights in the room and a electronic blinds that can go up and down with the flip of a switch. We had a two queen bed room which were comfy and not too stiff. The light fixture between the bed had a regular plug and USB for charging your devices. Check out was simple enough, just tell them your room number and leave the keys for contactless exit. This hotel appears to be brand new and for the rate we got I would definitely return. They also have a grab and go breakfast in the AM, we did not attend due to sleeping in.

Good God where do I begin?! The service was amazing, they helped us check in and had us going in no time. I booked the trip through Expedia and was afraid something would go wrong, but it was smooth as butter! The snack bar is also right in the front where you check in and they have a decent coffee/latte/machiato/frap/ etc. maker. The room was so spacious and clean, the A/C unit (which are usually loud) was quiet and not too clanky at all. I loved the interior and lighting as it was pretty zen or like a relaxing ambience spot. Just remind the front twice if you need house cleaning or room service, I asked before I left and came back and still had no new towels or toiletry.

Checking in: The process of checking in was so easy! Carlos was amazing and had everything ready for us by the time we got there (we arrived at nearly 4am) and they a great job accommodating us at this time of the morning. Staff: The staff was so so pleasant! There was a lady, Carlos, and one other gentleman and they were very pleasant and easy to interact with. Hallways/Elevator: Clean clean clean. The property opened in August of 2020 and it's well maintained so far. There are 2 elevators and they're both very clean as well. Just know that at a busier time in the day the elevators can take a little longer. Room: The room was heavenly. It was so clean and fresh! Getting extra towels or sheets was never an issue. Place is updated and modern. It's also very close to local attractions and we felt safe. Would recommend!

I loved this hotel! All staffs very nice and helpful especially Carlo. I stayed 3days 2 night. This hotel is in the good location closed to a must place like Volcano bay, Universal Studio, Orlando outlets and much more!!!! The hotel was very clean and nice decorated. They follow all COVID precautions. I would stay here again for sure when I'll go to Orlando again!!!!!

Ask the Community - Wyndham Garden Orlando Universal

Considering there is no early Check- In, is there concierge service to hold your luggage ? Is there bus shuttle service to the local parks?

I can't answer definitively because the only response I got was "No early checkin." No mention of concierge service.

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.
