My wife and I have never Ballooned before. After meeting the staff this morning and going over everything we were so relaxed and excited about the adventure. I went back and forth with myself about doing this. I have read the horror stories about balloon crashes and I'm afraid of heights, well at least in a large balloon. I decided I'm only on this rock for a short time so I need to do some things while I still can. I talked my husband into it and we booked a flight for Sept. it was wonderful. The view, the other passengers, the pilot (although we didn't land exactly where he was aiming for), the crew, all of it. The ascend is slow enough and you are looking at so many things that you don't even notice that you are going up or how high you are. I would definitely do it again. read more

We enjoyed our trip. It was a bucket list item for us and what better place to experience a balloon trip than in beautiful Jackson Hole. It was a little smoky due to the California wildfires but you could still see the Tetons and wildlife. A surprise toast at the end was a perfect ending. Felt very safe during the trip. read more

We had the best experience flying with Wyoming balloon company. 10/10! One of the coolest experiences of my life. We did it the day before our wedding and had a great time! Amazing views. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. It was an incredibly smooth ride and landing! Amanda and Andy were amazing and knowledgeable balloon pilots. Balloon ride was cancelled due to high winds (totally understandable) yet they decided to not even give us a call to let us know that it was canceled...and the pick up time was 5:45am. And that is the only time they do rides at. read more

We had a terrifying experience with the Wyoming Balloon Company. The owner and pilots chose to go up with incline to weather, not wanting to lose money. Our hot air balloon crashed, along with two others the same morning. Our pilot flew out on our second crash into the ground leaving, 14 passengers along several hundred feet up in the sky. We crashed a third time, slamming into the ground and into a barbed wire fence. Most of the passengers were thrown out of the balloon, many injured seriously. One passenger was life flighted to a hospital in Idaho Falls. I had a dislocated shoulder, broken humorous which required surgery and a metal plate, a compression fracture in my spine, and a serious bone bruise on my knee. The owner, and pilot of one of the other balloons that crashed has not taken any responsibility, and has gone as far as emailing us telling us that if we attempted to sue him that we could be responsible for his attorney fees. Never use this company for hot air ballooning. read more

My daughter and I celebrated her birthday with a balloon ride from this company. The hour experience was amazing and though I wondered if I would be afraid...the staff were informative and gave us such a birds eye view of the Jackson area.
