I sent a message on 11/8/2018 to again inquire about the refund and provided a copy of the EOB from my insurance. I received a pretty rude reply stating that according to the Affordable Care Act they have 60 days to issue the refund. They only issue refunds twice a month, and it would NOT be done until after November 16, 2018. Hmmmm, they insisted on my payment up front, but they can take 60 days to issue refunds. Also seen for plantar fasciitis, and purchased their expensive orthotics which doesn't work. Do not recommend them and will never go there again.

I went to the foot care center for plantar fasciitis. I was measured for an orthotic which did not help so I returned for a cortisol injection. I was told my first appointment would cost $85. I was charged $85 for an outpatient appointment, but I was also charged $410 to see the Doctor. That's $495 to have a foot Doctor diagnose plantar fasciitis. When I returned for the injection my chart had been confused with another patient and the Doctor began by suggesting we move to surgery. I questioned him and we got it straightened out but it left me a little concerned about the identity confusion. For this appointment I was charged the $95 for the outpatient appointment and $276 to see the Doctor and $56 for the injection. That's $417. Are you kidding me? Nothing that this Doctor did helped in any way and I ended up with torn ligaments in my foot. The Doctor that diagnosed and corrected the problem charged me $230 total. Buyer beware.

He was treated for a very low heart rate and extremely high blood pressure. The ER staff was wonderful. Doctors recommended a pacemaker. He had the surgery 6/15/26. His treatment was excellent from ER to discharge. Amazingly wonderful staff. Physicians who were knowledgeable and compassionate and gave him the gift of time. The ICU staff was memorable. We did not encounter one negative during his entire stay. We are from Memphis, TN. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years. Two of our daughters are RNs. I have been an inpatient more times than I can tell you and none of us have ever seen such an amazing staff. The hospital was clean. The food from the kitchen was more than excellent. One of our RN daughters flew to WY with me on 6/14. She was impressed with everything. One of my husband's doctors came to the hospital on Sunday and had worship with us. He and his son played stringed instruments, sang and prayed. God was so glorified through our experience.
