Dan, Carrie, Jordan, and Adam unloaded the 53' trailer that brought our home back here from San Diego. I can't enough about how this crew worked! Polite and careful with my boxes, they worked VERY hard since I have a lot (36 boxes!) of books. They placed items where directed and got us done 6 hours for the whole 2400 square feet of stuff. After 42 yrs in Casper, we moved to Spearfish to be closer to family. It was a tough decision and finding an outfit to move us added more concern. After some searching we found Wyoming Transfer. For us it was a great choice. We found the crews to be thoughtful, thorough and very accommodating. We had a lot of different, unique things to handle and move. They more than handled the job. The crews in Casper and Spearfish worked their rear ends off for us. In addition they were very accommodating in delivering items to our family in Spearfish in a separate location. Posting on behalf of David I would HIGHLY advise not using this company I had a terrible experience and Wyoming Transfer & Storage couldn't care less, use at your own risk. I sent the owner Jim See pictures of my location and told him not to bring an 18 wheeler (just load as much of what I requested in a regular moving truck), they did anyways then charged me $2000 EXTRA to rent a U-Haul to get up my driveway?! Why even give me a quote if you plan to change it that much?! Also I've rented a U-Haul before, it's not even close to that amount. They got the U-Haul stuck in my front yard and had to pull it out. Took all day to unload since they had to put it in Uhaul then drive down the road to my house and unload the Uhaul. They brought a bunch of stuff I requested them to leave and left a bunch of stuff I told them to bring (also why use the 18 wheeler and not bring everything?) They lost pieces of my bed frame so I'll have to get a new one. Wyoming Transfer & Storage really seems like a shady company, the onwer Jim See doesn't care about customers so I recommend you use them as a last resort because you probably won't have a good experience. I chose this company due to a 5 star rating. I was obviously wrong in my choice. I was given two movers who were over aged. They took over 8 hours to move my 2 bedroom home that was already prepacked and ready to go. Every thing was a complication like removing simple bolts from bed frames. With the move they knocked down a mail box and promised to fix it. They left it half fixed hanging by a thread. They damaged a tv and denied it. My head board is loose and not properly put together. A treadmill was left in the middle of my living room when told yo put in a bedroom. Many of the items needed to be moved by these two guys were too heavy for them and there was a lot of dropping and banging around with my items. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this needs to be said. If I could do it over, I would have never gone with this company. read more

Jim and his great group of guys moved us from Casper to Tucson, AZ. They packed us up in the rain and snow and delivered to Tucson in the rain and they were exceptional in every way. Jim and Victoria helped us find boxes for weird sizes and Jim found us some old blankets to cover our items for storage. Our's was a bit of a different move because we did not have a place to live so most of our items went into Pods for storage in Tucson and he and Joey were great at getting that done. Jim also transported my 1969 Corvette on the van, arranged for a tow truck to help get it on and we found a loading dock to get it off. It traveled perfectly with no problems. I can not even imagine why anyone would use anyone else. The price was probably comparable to others but the service was well above. The price for the Corvette was actually significantly less than a car carrier because I checked quite a few. Can't say enough about how professional and helpful everyone was. read more

My husband and I just moved from Casper to Finland. Rainier Overseas orchestrated our move, but Wyoming Transfer packed and consolidated all of the household goods. All I can say is that these guys are excellent! Nothing (not even the glassware) was broken or damaged when we opened our boxes on the other side of the ocean two months later. Even the Finnish moving company employee who drove our things up from Helsinki commented to me that whoever had packed our things had done a good job.
