I don't really like sleep away camp so much not so much because you miss your parents it's because the activities are scheduled just like school and you are rushed to do the next thing. The activities are very limited and there aren't any sports. read more

Wyonegonic is a girls residential summer camp, situated in a beautiful natural setting on a clear fresh water lake. Wyonegonic offers water sport activities, horseback riding, creative arts, outdoor living skills and an extensive out of camp trip program.
History
Established in 1902.
Wyonegonic was established in 1902 and is the oldest continually operated girls camp in the country. After two generations of ownership with the Cobb family Wyonegonic is now owned and directed by the 2nd generation of the Sudduth family.
Meet the Business Owner: Sudduth Family S.
The Sudduth Family has been the owners and Directors of Wyonegonic for over 50 years. Carol and George Sudduth purchased Wyonegonic from the Cobb family, who founded the camp and directed it for 2 generations and over 65 years. The Camp is currently directed by the 2nd generation of Sudduth ownership, 3 siblings Steve and David Sudduth and Susie Hammond.
