How old is this place? It's so disgusting and seems to be falling apart around every corner. The trampolines were kept up, but the balls in the dodgeball area have seen better days. And there was an entire clear poly glass? (I'm not an expert on stair materials lol) step being supported by duct tape. There were ants and SWARMS of fruit flies around every corner. So gross!! That being said, my daughter had a blast jumping for an hour ($20/hr). The socks are $2/pair, and required. You can also swap in your socks from other trampoline parks to get theirs, but then you obviously lose the other socks. Waiver station made checking in a breeze. I don't know that this will be our go-to spot, but it was okay to get some energy out on a Sunday morning and was relatively quiet during the 10:30-11:30 hour that we jumped here. read more

Really a great place for kids - good idea with so many trampolines so they can use their energies to do fun things. The bounce houses are fun as well. Then they have an area with tables and chairs so that if you want, you could have a party for kids and bring your own food and drink. The parking lot appeared ill maintained with lots of pot holes; be careful driving in. Some areas inside the facility appeared to need maintenance as well, as there were foam pieces and debris strewn along some areas. All in all, this was a great spot for kids and adults. read more

Huge shout out to Xfactor trampoline park! I rented out the entire park for my son's mitzvah this past weekend and it was hands down the BEST experience I've ever had at a trampoline park! Anjur, the manager was an absolute pleasure to work with--accommodating, responsible, and made sure every detail was handled 150%. My kids and their friends couldn't stop talking about how it was the best party they've ever been to. The trampoline park itself is incredibly clean and fun. The only "problem"? I literally couldn't get my kids to leave! They kept jumping even after the park closed. We did a glow-in-the-dark party, which took the experience to the next level. I HIGHLY recommend X-Factor for any party--already telling everyone about it! read more

Went for a birthday party on Sunday morning at 10:30am. The place was pretty empty, as I'm sure they'd just opened. I used the women's bathroom and was horrified. Totally dirty, absolutely no toilet paper anywhere, poop on the floor in one stall, every toilet was dirty, no paper towels, and the hand dryer was filthy and did not work. There was caution tape around 2 out of the 3 sinks. The one sink did work, and there was soap. I told the employees at the front desk, and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately, I had to use the bathroom again before leaving. Still no toilet paper, but someone had put paper towels on the back of each toilet in each stall. The trampolines themselves were fun. My son had a great time. There were several areas where the foam flooring was pulling up. I tripped on one of them. I gave 2 stars because the kids had fun jumping, but we will not be back. read more

I went to a kid's birthday party here. I love the idea of this place and have been to others like it. Trampolines, bounce houses, inflatables all in the same area it's fun for kids. My problem with this place is the upkeep of the building and equipment. It looks a little rundown. The bathroom was dirty and it was the beginning of their work day so it didn't get cleaned at the end of the last shift. One of the stall doors with the changing table in it is broken. They make everyone who is jumping sign a waiver. Totally understandable because these types of places an accident is waiting to happen. They are short staffed which is a lot of places, but checking out took forever. The line moved super slow. For the party their soda machine was broken which was suppose to be included in the package. They instead were opening up bottles of powerade and pouring them into pitchers. They don't allow outside food but they have you purchase from them and they get their food from papa johns. I took my kids here and they had a blast. The place has a large variety of activities and my kids specifically loved the obstacle courses and the foam pit. Had a birthday party for my daughter at this location & while the kids had a blast, the service and staff were absolutely terrible. Upon arriving at our table, there was a huge puddle underneath. We informed the staff and they said they would take care of it. No one ever came back and eventually when we asked again, we were handed a stack of napkins to take care of it ourselves. The pizzas arrived and were just left on the table for us to serve to our guests. When they brought out the cake they handed me the knife/slicer and just walked away. When it came time to checkout, we had to correct the amount of kids listed as some couldn't make it. The manager argued with me that because we rsvp'd for 15 kids that is what we had to pay for. I said that was not going to happen as it was an extra $30 PER CHILD after 10 she wanted to charge me, even though we had 9 kids total. She claimed it was because the staff had to work as if there were 15 kids there, yet the staff wasn't even around to work at all. I told her I would gladly pay for the additional pizza and pop but not for kids that weren't even there. She finally agreed to charge me only for the kids that were actually there and told me it was a one time exception and to not let it happen again....don't worry, lady. This place was so hit or miss for me. The good: very spacious, open, clean overall. The cons: super under staffed and poorly run. You have to fill out a waiver (don't miss it or you get sent back to do it AFTER waiting in line). Then, despite almost everyone being there for a preplanned party, you have to wait in a long line to get checked in. There were at least 10 people in line for 2 different parties and only one teen to check us in. There are a bunch of games that cost extra money plus a not so great concession area. I ordered a few items for 6.49 and given back $3 and no change, no explanation. Later went to buy a drink and Their internet went down and they told us they couldn't ring anything up until it was back up. The bathroom looked pretty clean but it smelled a bit like sewage and their hand dryer had a nasty puddle of dirty water and couple of hairs in the bottom. I had two of my son's birthday party here one weekend after another. Before booking I asked what would happen if there were no show guests and I was told I would be refunded. I had 2 no shows and was told a manager would be calling me regarding a refund the next day. After 3 days I called and talked to the call center who said they would forward the message along to the manager to get back to me. Once again no response after a werk and half.. I've given up and receiving the refund. Just letting others know to be careful because they will not refund you. As far as the party it was good. The workers did as good a job as they could. What an incredibly fun place to kill an hour (or several)! No matter your age you should have fun at X Factor Trampoline. We arrived early, right when they opened, and basically had our run of the place. From what I've been told, this is the best thing to do if you have small(er) children as when the crowds pick up and the older kids file in... it can get rather crazy. The facility is LARGE and they have lots of different trampoline options to choose from. Additionally, they have bounce houses and some video games as well. You pay by the hour and the time goes by pretty quickly! However, don't be surprise to be wiped out after jumping for an hour solid. It's actually a pretty good form of exercise! Oh, and a word of caution... if you're a bit of a "dare devil" like me then I'd highly recommend stretching before going all-out with the jumping. I nearly pulled both hammies within the first five minutes haha. I'm a big fan of this place and cannot wait to come back again! read more

Xtreme Trampoline in Mundelein is not enforcing the IL mask mandate. None of the staff at the front counter were wearing masks. They either had them on their chin, only on their mouth, or around their neck. Several had no mask on their person at all. Many adults on premise were also not wearing masks. When asked about their mask policy, the employee said they enforced it. The employee speaking to me was not wearing a mask at the time he told me they would enforce the policy. When I pointed out he wasn't even wearing a mask, he said he was. I pointed out covering his chin was not helpful. He put the mask over his mouth only. There was no manager on site at the time of the incident. I did not permit my daughter to stay for the birthday party she was invited to. Most of the people in the establishment were under the age of COVID-19 vaccine eligibility. Not enforcing the mask mandate with all patrons puts our youngest population at the most risk in a business that caters specifically to that population, not to mention whose sole purpose is to provide physically active entertainment for youth. read more

The place has gone downhill from last year. My family and I usually tend to visit around 10am on Sunday mornings due to the fact that we have two toddlers. Well when we walk in the place is dirty. Dirty and used drinks all over the venue. Dirty socks lying everywhere. We even had one today under one of the arcade games. We played the arcade games and the winning prizes vending machine wasn't working it was entirely out of service which led my kids to crying. I mean they played $50 in games and no prizes. The bathrooms are so filthy , garbage cans overflowing and no sanitizer in any of the sanitary stations. The large bouncy house in the corner has been deflated the last two times we have visited. The basketballs were deflated and only two of them in the area with three basket ball hoops. No balls in the dodge ball area/ The young male employees that work there just sit in the back corner on their cell phones the entire time we visit. No one is working the icee/food station. I had to go find someone and he looked very bothered that my kids wanted an icee. It's very said especially since we usually spend about $100 here every Sunday. My five year old daughter wanted to host a birthday party here for her friends but I told her I was too embarrassed to have anyone come here because it's so filthy with trash and debris all over the floors. One last complaint today my son found about 15 beads from a bracelet that had been let loose and the beads were all over the trampolines. If a small child found those beads they could choke. Worst Experience! We had my daughter's 8-year birthday party there on August 27th, 2022. We asked them to add an additional cheese pizza (a total of 3) two weeks before the birthday as there were 12 kids coming. They said not to worry and that if we need more, we can just order it during the party. When we tried to order another Pizza during the party, the worker there told us that it will take 45 MINUTES!! to get one as they order it from outside. Imagine having 12 hungry kids waiting for food for 45 min after having only one slice. That was horrible. When the time came for cutting the cake, we needed more paper plates. It took then 15-20 minutes just to find paper plates!!...while everybody who was already hungry from having lack of food waiting for the cake. In defense of the person who was assigned to us, she told us that she is overseeing two other birthday parties which were happening right next to us because the other kids assigned to those parties were not doing their job. She was stretched thin. We left the place angry and frustrated. There was no adult manager to speak with. The whole place is run by 15-16 year olds. read more

I had a full blown yelling match with a manager when I asked to see a policy she stated said That once you buy any food or drinks at their concession stand you cannot jump again and had to leave the establishment when I sat there and watched people eat and go jump, the only way you will get good customer service is if you book an overpriced party, which is ridiculous considering half of the attractions are not up and running, the bathrooms were dirty at 10 am when they opened and had one roll of tissue for four stalls, they used black tape to tape up a ton of things and oh and I ordered pizza for 11:30 delivery and it got there at 12:20 when our jump time was over. To which I called papa johns and they said they put my order in to be there at 12:20 not 11:30 liked I booked it, and the manager told me it wasn't her problem and I was waisting her time with my complaining when she had party guest to attend to, I guess me spending $200 dollars was not enough to get good customer service. read more

Spent 19$ for myself and two children under 5, and socks. I wanted to get a locker for our belongings and the lockers didn't work. We asked a desk attendant who didn't know how to open them either, so she took our 1$ and said she would open it but we would have to come to her to open t when we left. There's about 2- 3 teenage employees around to watch the few kids here, and a whole summer camp.... totally not safe, they really need more eyes with not many people around. My daughter had a dance completion at a nearby hotel, so my son and I found in place to spend a few hours. The staff were all friendly, the facilities looked nice and my 8 year old had a great time. The price was more than Jump America, but even more concern was the very (very!!!) limited seating. After only seeing about 10 chairs (unless I wanted to sit in the cafe or the party areas) I took refuge in a seat in an upper balcony. It didn't look like the area had been cleaned in weeks (with used bottles and dirty socks laying around), but there was a comfortable chair. We were promised 10% discount at the time of booking a birthday party , but on the day of party they refused to honor it , stating there are no notes in the system . Just teenagers looking like they'd rather be anywhere else. So, I doubt cleaning is a priority. They're really just there to make sure the front desk stays put. They're certainly not there to enforce any rules. In my original review I mentioned the lights being out and the employees having no idea what to do. They had to call a manager, and they didn't live close. I mean, that's a safety issue. I have a feeling the owner is just biding his time until the place gets shut down. Not interested in improving let alone maintaining. I mean they have several arcade games. Half of them worked. Majority of them gave virtual tickets. Ok, so where do we redeem the tickets? This is a horrible place! The trampolines are very filthy and the customer service is beyond ridiculous. A supervisor, identified as Adam, has beyond horrible customer service and made my siblings cry because they wore shoes on accident yet willing to take them off. The way supervisors treat their employees is HORRIBLE!!! Not only do they embarrass and degrade them in front of guests, they don't allow them to have any interactions with kids unless it is enforcing rules. I read 1 review, where this guys niece fractured her ankle on the obstacle course. Landing feet first and he had to pay 1,500 dollars in hospital bills. I fractured my ankle too and the shit hurts, but my ankle healed in 3 months and I didn't take any pain medicine. My daughter not dumb enough to land feet first and she's 5. This is my first, and last time coming to X-Factor. The customer service is atrocious! I'm here now, as I write this. I was just asked to leave my comfortable chair because I was in a "party area". There is no friggin' party. I was there because it's the only place to sit with comfy chairs. There are a few by the entrance where I am now, like 4 or 5 of them-all taken. This place is massive. 5 chairs for adults to wait for their kids?? I bought two hours jump time. I'm not about to sit in their cold metal cafe chairs for two hours. I am now seated on the ground. The cold hard floor. There are tons of staff (all kids) walking by me and not one of them has thought to offer me a seat off the ground. There doesn't even seem to be an adult staff member on the premises. Check in was a ridiculous joke too. They have you wait and wait in line, then when you get up there, they send you away to sign the waiver and tell you to come back after that's done. So you go do it and the idiotic staff makes you wait AGAIN- you have to join the end of the line. Why isn't there a huge sign somewhere telling patrons to fill the waiver BEFORE you wait in line? Lastly, the music is very unnecessarily loud. Kids should have ear protection when coming here. With this level of service, I don't think they will last very long. Bye Bye! read more

WARNING HARD SURFACE UNDERNEATH THE FOAM!!!! On August 2nd, my 12 year old niece fractured her ankle while doing the obstacle course here. She jumped into the obstacle course, which is only around 2-3 feet deep, feet first (thank goodness) and heard her ankle crack. She shouted out in extreme pain and one of the two employees working (who was around 16) casually asked if she needed ice. About five minutes later he returned with the ice but I realized we needed to take her to the emergency room. On the way out, the other employee who was an adult but was more focused on watching her own children whom were there rather than working, asked if my niece was ok. I was carrying my niece and said we were headed to the emergency room and she abruptly stated "I need her name". I have been to almost every trampoline and bouncy place within the entire state and never have I experienced hard floors underneath the foam! That is a law suite waiting to happen! Overall...not only is this place unsafe...but the customer service is atrocious!!! Please take your children elsewhere...it is not worth the $1500 hospital bill! read more
