We went today for toddler time, there were many older kids / teenagers jumping around. The place isn't cleaned either, many crumbs on the ground, crumbs on the trampolines, I'm not sure the place had actually ever been cleaned before let alone vacuumed. The arcade machines are also rigged and half are broken. Monopoly game had a broken screw in it so the dice wouldn't spin. ZR machine broken lol. There was never staff behind any desk to help out. When they do come out from the kitchen (where literally every staff member was) you're ignored. Absolutely terrible experience at Krave inside Launch Gurnee. People were waiting up to 1 hour and 45 minutes just for pizzas. The kitchen is tiny--they really should only offer slices--but when customers asked for slices, staff said they had to buy whole pizzas instead. My friend ordered mini donuts, and even though she literally saw them come out of the oven in under a minute, she still waited over an hour to actually get them. I ordered breadsticks, and they still weren't ready even after the fundraiser jump time ended. My friend, who was handling the food orders, had to go back and get a refund. I went here for a party for my 6 year old and 4 year old daughter's. From the very beginning I could tell it was about to be a disaster. It was crowded and the check in was a nightmare no one instructed me on who would be our host or where even to be seated or how the events would go..... that wasn't the worst part it was filled with many teenagers who didn't have parents with them they were all just wreaking havoc until it reached its boiling point and SEVERAL fights broke out. We watched a kid be tased it was a situation I had to remove my children from police was coming in by the dozens! I thought I was in a movie how things played out our pizza was rubbery, the fries were NOT cooked thoroughly & the worst part was we wasn't informed the room we were going in floor was wet and there was no wet floor sign they told us to go into the room and my 4 year old fell so hard and hit her head! I was super over this place it took forever to get anything done! it's sooooo many things that happened within this day I literally don't feel like naming them all. I won't ever come back unfortunately but I hope they have a serious policy change. This place is not doing well. Came here for a birthday party. Building feels like there is no air conditioning on. Kids are jumping around and honestly it's concerning, someone is going to have a heat stroke. Very little staff, so the obstacles are not being attended and kids are running around bowing disrespectful and wild without anyone in control, so the few parents that are hanging around are having to try and regulate so their own children can at least try the obstacle once or twice. Decided to try an overpriced milkshake, it was about 90% milk and that's it. Tried to have them remake it, but they had no clue what to do. They brought a manager over, who is also a young teenager and I could tell the poor thing was overwhelmed. She told me it was going to be at least 10 minutes to remake it. She began to "vent" to me how understaffed she was and she was having to work in the back herself just to complete orders. Saw a couple staff just wondering around with there cell phones in their hands, open to instagram or something. I'm not a Karen type so I didn't say anything but I definitely won't be back and for sure would not recommend this place for a party. I am sitting here in tears because of the kindness, and respect shown to me, at 73 years old by these young employees, and yes I asked all of them to give me their names, YAMI, KOURTNEE, MELINA, HOPE, SYDNEY, AND DAKOTA. I am at THE LAUNCH every weekend from Kenosha, WI with my Godson who is 13 years old living with a disability. They rallied around him today and made sure he was totally taken care of with what he wanted to do at THE LAUNCH today. I was thrilled to learn that there were so many brand-new activities available for kids to try at the newly renovated Launch Trampoline Park. Sadly, my kids' joy quickly turned to tears when teenagers shoved younger kids away from the basketball area. After repeatedly attempting to play, the guys continued rejecting her and told her, "You can't play here," according to my daughter, who came to me in tears. The Lauch staff in charge of the play area ignored her when she raised this concern with them. We then went to the front desk and they didn't offer any help. The entrance fee included access to the entire activities in the Launch Trampoline park, but with no supervision of other kids being bullies and excluding the little kids. I will not suggest this Trampoline to anyone with kids. The staff didn't care to make the Trampoline enjoyable for everyone and kids of all ages. Unless there is more equitable access to the trampoline park for all kids, of all ages and staff listen to concerns and act on them, I do not suggest this park to any family with kids. read more

I don't see the hype in this place. It's an overly-priced, run-downed facility that has no business charging customers the fees that they do. The trampolines were dirty. Staff was incredibly rude from the entrance to the people taking the food order. The place is so small and there is not enough seating to accommodate the guests. Pizza was disgusting. There needs to be a sign at the front door that clearly states the need to complete the waiver so people don't stand in line waiting just to be told to go back and fill out a waiver then stand at the back of the line again. Jump aerobics is the BOMB!!!! Holy cow, I had no clue! I thought it would be some low impact, fun to bounce around and try just once, but I'm hooked! You may find this hard to believe, but it was probably the most intense cardio workout I have ever done ( besides hiking highland bow in Apsen). I'm an avid runner and pretty fit, and this has left me almost unable to move the next day, no really....ouch.... Four of us went and when we first got onto the trampolines we were immediately 8 years old. SOO FUN! GO! Even if you've never been to a class, try it! Dorothy the instructor is rad. We take our grandson here a lot. Always greeted warmly by the staff - mostly local college students. The facility is very clean and well supervised. Parking is convenient. My impression is that everyone feels welcome there and having been there 50+ times, we only experienced one incident where kids were acting out - and the managers handled it promptly and professionally. I took my daughter her for her birthday along with a couple friends and her siblings. We all loved it! I thought at first nah im not going to jump on the trampoline, im to old for that. I was wrong i had a ball! Unfortunately i jumped and split my new pants right down the middle. (no one ever said h&m was quality over price..smh) However i kept on playing and jumping. They have multiple courts for jumping a small area and a large area. They also have 2 foam ball pits and 2 dodge ball pits. I will warn you. You will get hot, you will sweat...and you will smell feet! lol but the fun factor outweighs that by 1000. When you first walk in you go to one of the 2 computers against a wall & register you & all the kids-pretty simple but if there's a lot of people trying to get in you might end up waiting a bit-they might wanna get a few more computers if that's the case. They use wrist bands for the kids entry on trampolines- just confused how they know you've been there for your full hour? If they just base it off "on the hour" monitoring then I would suggest making sure you don't show up midhour. Lots of birthday parties going on & tons of kids but no one was on top of each other. They are open pretty late so I am curious if older kids or adults frequent this place for a unique fun night? Gotta look into that lol! This trampoline-oasis is nestled in the un-assuming confines of your typical suburban business park. I had so much fun bouncing around, I started day-dreaming about moving to Gurnee and doing this every week! We were a group of four 20-somethings and by far the oldest people there. Ideally, this space could be rented out for older crowds so as not to scare any of the kids and their parents. My only complaint is how sore I am going to be tomorrow- I am definitely not nine years old any more but the dream lives on. read more

Paid over $35 for two people and half the park wasn't even open at 4:30 PM. We weren't allowed to play dodgeball by ourselves but were told to play with the little kids that were there which should definitely be considered a safety hazard given that my partner and I are over 23 years old. When we said we'd be uncomfortable and didn't want to accidentally hurt one of the kids, the staff member shrugged and said "oh well." There was a bloody bandaid on the ground of one of the only two areas that were open. I've been to a couple trampoline parks and this one was easily the worst. We rented the facility for a private event last night. What a great deal! My children (and their classmates) were thrilled to have the entire place to themselves. Gustavo, the manager attending to us was very professional, kind, understanding and overall very impressive! I love coming here and I it was so much fun and the trampoline is so much that I don't know what to say.

After wanting to do something fun for my nephews (2&5) me and my mother decided to take them to Jump America. While having an an enjoyable most of the trip. It came to an abrupt end because of bullying. While in the small pin my younger nephew basically stays to himself while the other one was eager to find friends. After about a hour in a half we noticed a little boy kicking my nephew then proceed to hit him in the head with a oversized balloon. My mom wanted to say something to the child but I thought it'd best to say something to the parent who is responsible for the child so they could handle it. I proceed to go over by them an acknowledge the fact that the child they brought was terrorizing my nephew and other children. The cousin I'm assuming starts to apologize while there parent gets offended and starts to question me and say I'm lying. I've never met adult who'd want to lie about a child's behavior especially since we're in a environment where you're supposed to watch your own children. She asks the little boy if he was hitting my nephew and he proceeds to lie and run away from her. She then ask my nephew and he nervously doesn't give her a answer and runs away because he's a TODDLER. After that she decides it's best to argue. And I tell her as a parent & adult we're supposed to be the ones to set the example and have them apologize. Continuing to argue she says I'm lying and shouldn't tell her how to parent. I then go get my nephews safely away and start getting ready to leave. Once coated I explained the situation to the manager and he tells me that that's not the first complaint about the family and particular child that night and I should have came earlier even though the incident had happened less then 5 minutes prior. He then goes to review the tap and comes back with incentives for "next time" we come. Which I would not do because if there's flyers around the building saying bullying is not accepted and they will be removed and that doesn't happen that doesn't make me feel like it's a safe place for children. Me and my sister discussed the situation and decided this is a place that we're just going to have to take off the list of field trips for the boys. Also this happened with no employee supervision but there was employees at all other pins but the youths pin. I hope they find better ways to handle physical abuse situations before more families have to go through the same experience. read more

This was probably one of the worse places I could've taken my kids to for a family day. They have a toddler time that supposedly starts at a certain time. 45 minutes into that time nobody opened the area until I brought it up. The workers DO NOT do their job. My son was jumping in the toddler section and someone kept jumping in the same square as him. After me telling the other child to stop the woman who's supposed to be supervising didn't even look their way or blow her whistle or did close to basically nothing. Eventually this kid fell on my child and ended up giving my 3 year old a sprained ankle. Again the woman didn't blow her whistle or even look our way. When I went to go tell the manager he tried to turn it on me. Said I was "texting and not paying attention" when my cell phone was in my car dead. I'm writing to express my love for the aerobics class at Jump America. I have lived in the Gurnee area for a few years and had been to Jump America for events with my children. It wasn't until last April that I heard about the aerobics class from a friend. I began attending then and haven't stopped. Not only is the work out amazing, but Dorothy, our leader, is so personable and passionate about fitness and our success. She constantly does research on nutrition and exercise to help improve the program. It is because of her and the workout that I continue to attend. quick summary: okay place with too many rules/bad trampolines that take the FUN out of it.. Warning: there are these blue "pads" in between each individual trampoline that hurts a LOT when you mistakenly land on it.. and you WILL because they are too wide and the trampolines are too small.. put some cushion on that Jump America, i'm sure many are hurting themselves! AAAAND you're not even allowed to double bounce (or "launch") anybody.. actually you can't really do it even if you wanted because the trampoline squares are way too small, along with the rock hard "pads" in between each square... Lame-o. and i don't have a negative agenda at all.. i was very, very excited to go to Jump America for real. i'm 22 years old and brought to of my friends who were equally excited... and to be honest we were all let down. like it's hard to be yourself and act like nobody is watching when you have these creepy "court monitors" just literally standing their staring at you, not moving. i'm all about spiritual freedom, and it's hard to enjoy this place... -unnecessary rules -small/dangerous trampolines -overly strict monitoring ... i'll now look elswhere. :) Christ is King -Jessica read more
