I went here for a party for my 6 year old and 4 year old daughter's. From the very beginning I could tell it was about to be a disaster. It was crowded and the check in was a nightmare no one instructed me on who would be our host or where even to be seated or how the events would go..... that wasn't the worst part it was filled with many teenagers who didn't have parents with them they were all just wreaking havoc until it reached its boiling point and SEVERAL fights broke out. We watched a kid be tased it was a situation I had to remove my children from police was coming in by the dozens! I thought I was in a movie how things played out our pizza was rubbery, the fries were NOT cooked thoroughly & the worst part was we wasn't informed the room we were going in floor was wet and there was no wet floor sign they told us to go into the room and my 4 year old fell so hard and hit her head! I was super over this place it took forever to get anything done! it's sooooo many things that happened within this day I literally don't feel like naming them all. I won't ever come back unfortunately but I hope they have a serious policy change. Telling me you allowed 17 parties to be booked in one day knowing you didn't have the staff or will power to accommodate screams failure allowing teenagers in by the grove without adult supervision screams a disaster.

My 2 year old grandson bowling

Just got back from my grandson's birthday party. At Launch. all the kids had a great time. Lily was our hostess and she was awesome. She went around making sure everybody had enough pizza and drinks. she's just very nice and personable. I will definitely be back and ask for Lily.

This place is not doing well. Came here for a birthday party. Building feels like there is no air conditioning on. Kids are jumping around and honestly it's concerning, someone is going to have a heat stroke. Very little staff, so the obstacles are not being attended and kids are running around bowing disrespectful and wild without anyone in control, so the few parents that are hanging around are having to try and regulate so their own children can at least try the obstacle once or twice. Decided to try an overpriced milkshake, it was about 90% milk and that's it. Tried to have them remake it, but they had no clue what to do. They brought a manager over, who is also a young teenager and I could tell the poor thing was overwhelmed. She told me it was going to be at least 10 minutes to remake it. She began to "vent" to me how understaffed she was and she was having to work in the back herself just to complete orders. Saw a couple staff just wondering around with there cell phones in their hands, open to instagram or something. I'm not a Karen type so I didn't say anything but I definitely won't be back and for sure would not recommend this place for a party. In a nutshell, this place is a disaster and for it to be just opened, it is definitely not together.

Parent of a child attending Jump and Jam? Good luck finding a seat.

Jump America added some couches which is great! Not quite on par with The Tree House but still a nice addition. Unfortunately, parents don't have much of a chance to use them because the kids seem to sit on them most of the evening while playing in their phones.

Jump aerobics is a blast!!

This place is a birthday party factory and there's several bday parties at any given time here. Sometimes the check in process can take awhile so I recommend getting there a few min early and always sign the waiver ahead of time. Yesterday we got lucky and were checked in within minutes and given a pair of no slip socks. My son liked the socks so much he insisted on wearing them all day! They typically jump for an hour and then head to a party room for pizza/cake. And then once their tummies are full and they are sugared out they go and jump again. I'd personally throw up, but the kids seem to be OK with this. Yesterday parts of this place were under construction, which made the rest of it seem even more crowded (especially on a cool fall day), but there was still plenty for the kids to do. I personally prefer their Evanston location, but probably just because it's newer. Overall, very fun for kids. I would say the ideal age is 4-12. Great for bday parties or even if you want to kill a few hours on a cold or rainy day!

Signing the waiver is pretty easy, you can do so on your phone. They have socks for purchase but we had our own from the previous visit. They have plenty of lockers and cubby's to store your shoes, outer wear etc. The kids enjoyed the trampoline park & the arcade. There is a $30 minimum for warm food to be delivered. I ordered a 14" pizza from Salerno's and some fries to meet that threshold. The food was pretty good. I at first thought it was too much for my small group but we (or I) managed to finish it all. They have some beverages and snacks you can order in the meantime. There's plenty of space for adults or those not participating to sit and I saw quite a few people on their laptops working and even reading. Overall, the kids definitely had fun.

It's basically parents walking around hoisting their kids onto equipment that is behind their scope, and then having to hold them. There were no organized activities, save for the dodgeball game at the end. Even then, you couldn't even hear the instructor give directions. They would be better to have microphones. Instructor didn't seem like she was enjoying herself at all (no smiling). We started out in one area and then moved onto the next. My kids were bored in 10 minutes. They therefore went back to the first area, only to have an employee scold us for going back there because "it was already cleaned for the next group." We had no idea they were getting ready for another party. Again, it would have been better to politely say in a microphone prior to moving (so all can hear) that "we are moving on to another area and to not go back to the former as it's being prepared for another group." When we got to the eating area, one of the employees was so intrusive with the bussing of the table! She kept reaching out under *everyone* to get every little wrapper, juice box or a plate that appeared finished. For the love of God! This was so aggravating and other parents noticed as well. At least twice I had to tell her that my kids weren't finished. You couldn't even set something down without fear it would be taken right away! Another thing I found rude is that the employee announced coldly that the kids "couldn't get the cupcake until their pizza was finished." What the hell? This was not enjoyable at ALL, and my 2 boys (7 and 8) did not like this place one bit. We felt shoed out the door. Suggestion: Have employees who actually interact with the kids with organized games. Employees need a microphone as well, for announcements. Smile and cease the cold and demeaning comments. When in the eating area, PLEASE let parents and children eat in peace. Clean up afterwards, not during!!
