Was visiting the Lander area with my RV. Had a tire concern and a TPMS question regarding my tow vehicle. The shop owner was very prompt to address my concerns. He answered my questions and offered sound advice. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need or require at the time. As a matter of fact, he didn't make a dime off me! But, I left there with my worries and concerns addressed. Would definitely return to this business with the confidence that I would be taken care of by an honest man! Thank you! Amazing service. We had trouble with a rental car and we were out of state (very far from home). They were busy but still took a look at the car and gave us their advice. We were having trouble with the rental people and the guys working were doing everything they could to help us deal with them. They even let us know about probably needing to get a hotel that night since places were being booked and they offered to drive us to the hotel. We tried to give them money for their time and they declined the money since they know we are about to have a big finance with this rental. All around great place and great people I highly recommend going to them for all of your car troubles! read more

Super disappointed in the quality of service at X-Pert Automotive. We were in the middle of a road trip (from out of state) and got a flat tire. Drove 20 miles to Lander to find service. Shop said they did not have the tire, would not put any other brand of tire on even as a temporary, and said all they could do was order us a tire to arrive in 2 days. We delayed our trip schedule as that was our only Choice we were told. Two days later the tire did not arrive on the truck. The shop claimed no responsibility for the error really made the most minimal level of effort to assist as they claimed it wasn't their problem as it wasn't their fault the tire didn't arrive. Conflicting direction from management (one said they flat out were not allowed to put on a different brand tire, the other said they just wouldn't recommend it but could do it). Add on a super rude "receptionist" and our advice is to steer clear. Bailey's Tire- right up the road - seemed very helpful as did the Walgreens tire store in Riverton (20 minutes down the road)- I would recommend visiting those shops for your needs. read more
