I was a healthcare traveler and my vehicle had a piece of metal hanging down underneath it on Thursday before Christmas weekend. I was desperate to get it fixed I had been to two other body shops and they were closing for the holiday weekend. I took my car to Baileys and the gentleman there, there was two of them, and I don't know their names, but they were very helpful. They fixed it and they didn't even charge me even though I tried to give them some money. It was very very nice to feel like I was respected and I told them I would bring all of my cars there if I need to and I will tell everybody about the great service I got. read more

We are new to the Lander, we brought our van to Bailey's tire to have our snow tires put on. We were told there was an issue with a sensor in one of the tires, although there had never been one before. The woman I spoke with at Bailey's tires ended up being very helpful and replaced the sensor for us. I am giving Baileys four stars because even though we didn't see eye to eye, the Baileys staff went above and beyond to remedy the situation. They seem to genuinely care about their customers and that is truly important in a small town. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for tires. read more

I took my pickup in for an alignment and was told that the Tie Rods were SHOT! I got an estimate for the repair and it was over $600. Being a mechanic myself, I ordered new tie rods and had them for less than $100. I removed my "shot" tie rods to replace them, and the old ones were just as tight as the new ones. I think this was a case of upselling a repair to a customer when repair wasn't really needed. read more

I got a flat in my work vehicle that could not be repaired. The woman who was over from their Riverton store was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit of a pain to get authorized by my employer to get new tires, but she didn't seem to mind. She has a great attitude. read more

We were traveling through the area and had a tire problem where we needed a professional opinion on some unusual wear/pulsing on our tires. Ended up being that the our tire was about to fail. Took our Nissan Armada in to Bailey Tire for a routine oil change and check over before taking it on a road trip towing a light travel trailer. The vehicle ran poorly throughout the trip, finally failing - losing all power - on the way back. We had to drop our trailer and limp it into a mechanic shop in Lyman, Wyoming (Main Street Mechanic, highly recommend them). There it was discovered that Bailey Tire had put the wrong oil in our car, a much lighter oil when an even heavier oil should have been used for towing. In addition, they had only put 2 quarts into an engine that takes 7 quarts. Apparently someone had gotten in a rush and forgotten to finish the job. There was no evidence of leaking or failure, indicating that the oil was never added in the first place. the Lyman mechanic determined the there was damage to the rod bearings in the engine. This caused us heavier expenses in gas mileage, additional repair costs, and additional lost days in trying to get home, not to mention irreparable damage to our primary family vehicle. We returned the car to Bailey Tire where they "listened" to the engine, without a deeper analysis, and of course, found nothing wrong. Very disappointed in a company I had previously respected. Will never take a car there again, and will share this story with everyone I know. So disappointing. read more
