There was a sensor that was bad. When they in there replacing it they cut into my wiring harness to replace a ford issue. I went and picked it up and drove it home. The next day I had the same issue. I called him up and let him know. They hired a guy to come pick my vehicle up on a car trailer and haul it back. Come to find out the place that they installed the harness a rodent ate through it that night. I have never had any problems with rodents, eating any of my wiring harnesses the 23 years I lived in this house. cost me over $1600 to have that fixed. While they were there, they went ahead and oil change cause it was due for the first one. Two days went to Las Vegas. The motor wasn't sounding right air-conditioning quit working. So I took a Ford dealership Come to find out when they did an oil change they put too much oil in it. When I bought this car at Fremont Motors they talked me into a $700. Windshield warranty. FYI you can't transfer this warranty and of course they don't tell you this when buying it as I traded it in on different car in vegas. FYI Ford care sucks as well. They don't give two sh!ts after the sale.

After we agreed on the deal Hai offered to meet me in Cody (we are located in Billings). We meet in Cody (the truck was exactly as represented) and exchange vehicles and finished the paperwork on the spot. Hai listened and understood my concerns through the whole process. Fluid reservoir was empty. I found fluid leaking from brake assembly on one of the rear wheels. John (owner or manager) told me on the phone that his schedule was full already, but he would look at it if I could get it to his shop. I was able to creep slowly to his shop, using only side streets. His crew resolved the issue and had me back on the road, shortly. And pricing was certainly fair. I tried to slip John a little cash "tip" to show my appreciation for his helpfulness. He would not accept it. He told me that helping people out was just the right thing to do. And he hoped if ever he was in my shoes, someone would be kind enough to help HIM out. If I lived in the area, Fix It Right would be my go-to shop for any & all of my auto repair needs.

Like most people, I feel really vulnerable at a new mechanic because they can start selling you a lot of stuff you don't need, and it's hard to know if you can trust what they're saying. These guys were really straight forward and very friendly. They looked at the car and gave me an honest evaluation. It sounds cliche, but it was like having a friend look at the car. There was no salesy push. In fact, they said everything checked out good and that they could do a little work, but I could wait 10,000 miles or so. Since a winter storm was coming, they even told me it might be best to keep going as to avoid the storm! Good guys! Thankfully, I went with that and missed a huge snow storm!

Bill had mentioned that the reason that happens in incorrect installations. Having had several in a row do that, I was ready to see if a different method could do the job. When I arrived, they quickly got my vehicle in and changed out the windshield. I had been informed before hand of the time it would take to do it, and that was exactly how long it took. The service was friendly, and we had a nice conversation about our community.
