Danny and his team have mowed my parent's lawn for years. Very reliable and easy to communicate with!

When we noticed the structure sagging after just one year, we contacted John Higgins about the problem. He admitted to us that they did not flash the top of the structure and water must have gotten into the beams. Central Builders came out that summer and flashed the top of the pergola, trapping the moisture inside the structure. The pergola continued to sag and we continued to talk with John Higgins about solutions. Last summer, Central Builders agreed to replace one beam of the pergola, insisting that all other beams had been inspected by John Higgins and his crew and showed no signs of rot or decay. This summer, we hired an independent contractor to inspect the pergola as well as the beams. As can be seen in the pictures, the beams are, in fact, rotted! I have made several attempts to speak with John Higgins, vice president of Central Builders and Robert Courser, president of Central Builders. Neither of them will return my calls or text messages. DO NOT hire Central Builders to do any work at your home! Terrible company to work with.
