The simple process of getting to a live person to discuss medication changes took over 15 different transfers within the auto attendant. That is if you get it right the first time. Once through I was given a phone number to provide to my doctor so he could call. Yup you no longer can discuss this with the company. So the stories that you hear about Health Insurance and the Affordable Health Care Act should leave you shaking in your shoes. Good luck all as we will meet on the other side.

Despite numerous phone calls and in-person visits to Chad Rutledge's South Jordan office, we have yet to receive a single call from him. After 25 years of paying premiums without filing a single claim, we expected better support when we finally needed help. Instead, we've been met with silence and a complete lack of accountability. Even after hiring a public adjuster, neither Chad nor State Farm has responded to us. We're now under contract to sell our home and will likely have to pay for the roof out of pocket--simply because we trusted the wrong insurance company and the wrong agent. If you're considering working with Chad Rutledge, I strongly recommend visiting his office a few times first (which is only open from 10-4, may I add!) you'll see he's never there. The workers in the same building told me they had seen him come in twice in the five years they had been renting office space next to him! He's likely staying out of site because surely I'm not the only one trying to get in touch with him. You might also take a drive through some more established neighborhoods and look at the homes with visible roof damage. Chances are, they're insured by State Farm. Please think twice before choosing State Farm or Chad Rutledge. You're better off burning your money!

It's my money I can send it to whoever i want too, it wasn't even that much. They were very very rude to me. I would suggest going somewhere else if you want to send money unless you like being yelled at for no reason. Left me in a bad mood all day and I had to wait almost a week and go to a different place to send MY money. They shouldn't be allowed treat people like that.
