No one cares about anything outside of getting more people in ABs collecting their rent. The property is unsafe. There are dope fiends everywhere. The office people were informed about who was selling drugs out of the apartments but did nothing. They have relentless roaches and never spray for them. The units are infested with mold. My sink never work for the entire 6 months that I was there. I began draining it myself since no one ever came out. Around the 4 month mark, they sent in 2 guys who had no idea where they were doing. Both left smelly liquid all over the floor when they left and one of them caused the leak to become worst than it was when they came. Management never took responsibility for anything. They lie about everything. They argue about everything. There was a literal smell of sewage coming through the pipes. The manager is one of the worst people to ever be responsible for anything and those in charge making her the manager is a reflection of just how terrible at making decisions this company is. I'd recommend any street corner over this place.
