I was super happy with the transfer because it means I get to use the awesome classes. Body Balance is my fave and they offer a number of different sessions each week. Apart from the fantastic staff, people who attend here are pretty low key and I never feel out of place in the free weights area. There are also plenty of treadmills, bikes and elliptical thingies, so I've never had to wait. My only criticism is that there's only one set of light weights (1-10kg dumbbells). You would think for a gym this size they'd get a second set. It's a minor criticism and doesn't detract from my 5 star rating. Best gym ever!

Shay, the owner a former Moulin Rouge dancer, is welcoming and helpful with any questions you may have anoint the studio, classes and techniques. All of the teachers are so helpful and many learn your name with in a class or two. Classes run for 55 mins and there are a variety of levels of classes as well as students into the classes. While the classes basically run the same no two classes are alike. A great workout that definitely will make you sweat but also make you gain long lean muscles.

The fitness I witnessed was insane though. So I'm going to suggest that you'll feel slightly bad about yourself then almost instantly better because you have a coffee in your hand.
