Inside wipe down was non existent front windshield was hazy from dirty towels wiping it. But the cherry on top was 2 hours after leaving realizing my rear floor mat was missing. Luckily the next morning I called and they still had the mat. Knowing how much the drive-through car washes damage the paint and leave water spots everywhere, I did a quick search for hand car washes in the area. Well, what do you know. There's one just down the block! Drove up to the address listed and found what appears to be a long-forgotten Sonic type restaurant in what we will call an up-and-coming area. The sign says car wash though, so in we go! I pull up to a guy sitting in a lawn chair who rises as I approach... "Car wash?" "Yessir!" We discuss the various packages and I select the Q-Tip as it's the basic and I'm just trying the place out. He takes my car and I step inside. The waiting area is clean with chairs and stools along the windows so you can watch the progress on your ride. The manager walked in and gave me the run-down on what to expect. He then charged me for the service and went out to assist the crew with the wash. While I sat on a stool near the window playing a mindless game on my phone I noticed a frenzy of activity around my car. All the doors were open and three people were ducking in and out with hoses and rags and miscellaneous cleaning devices. Work was clearly being done. Now keep in mind that this was an overcast day and I was the only customer there, so YMMV, from arrival to completion was only 20 minutes. Manager man walks in to let me know my car is ready and I head out to inspect. They knocked it out of the park! Outside - clean Inside - clean I'm not talking about a quick wipe-down kinda clean. I'm talking clean clean. They even removed some crusty dog slobber from the back seat. I laughed to myself when I noticed, because they had no way of knowing it was dog slobber. Don't judge me, bro. My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned very well. The waiting area could use some improvements. Currently it's just an open space inside with a few chairs. Additional chairs are needed because several people had to stand. Since they offer full detailing services, some customers may have extended wait times so they should have a comfortable place to wait. I know that this is a new business so I hope they will improve upon this area. They were playing great music and that made the wait even more enjoyable.
