They immediately got to work, and spent 4 hours meticulously cleaning every crevice of my car. I was shocked by the end result! The paint felt so smooth, my seats looked clean, the inside smelt new, and everything was vacuumed thoroughly. My car hasn't looked this clean in over a decade. Inside wipe down was non existent front windshield was hazy from dirty towels wiping it. But the cherry on top was 2 hours after leaving realizing my rear floor mat was missing. Luckily the next morning I called and they still had the mat. I think they are a little understaffed as the manager seems to be running around like crazy not sure if she charged you for the car wash or not. Unfortunately don't think I will be returning.

I got the lux package and they did a hand wash, hand dry, and spray wax. I watched as they wiped everything down by hand, down to the rims, doors, and windows! It was cleaner than I've had it in a long time! Especially because I have a toddler! They got what they could see.. I saw a few spots that were missed on the drive home (the back of the driver dash, the shifter where I had crumbs in the leather area, and lastly the cup holders for the two front seats. I was there on a busy, beautiful Saturday afternoon and there were several cars ahead of me. The wait was well worth it because my car is sparkling clean inside & out. My tires look amazing. My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned very well. The waiting area could use some improvements. Currently it's just an open space inside with a few chairs. Additional chairs are needed because several people had to stand. Since they offer full detailing services, some customers may have extended wait times so they should have a comfortable place to wait. I know that this is a new business so I hope they will improve upon this area. They were playing great music and that made the wait even more enjoyable.
