Friendly staff, good price for the service, nice waiting room, clean. I got the super clean and felt they did a very nice job inside and out. On a Sunday took about 45 mins, not bad. I took off a star because they left window paint on a rear window and it was very difficult to remove myself when I got home. I also had to grab tweezers to remove the ticket that was shoved into my front dash. Otherwise, very clean car. read more

Someone at this place sprayed extremely strong men's cologne on all soft surfaces of my brand new Porsche. Even with every window rolled down on the freeway, it is overpowering. It actually has a toxic aroma, because it is saturated into everything. I compare it to breathing in fumes that you can actually taste in the air. I realize the complaint of smell on a digital forum could come off as melodramatic but this is sincere. My car is a hot box of whatever the downgraded version of Old Spice might be. When I initially arrived, the man in charge got really close to my car window. I'd back my head away and he'd get closer. He talked a lot, which I initially was polite about. He asked a lot of personal questions. He said Porsche was his favorite car and that he dreamed of winning lottery and having one. It's clear he was envious of the car. He also said he needed my first, last name and phone number in order to wash my car. I was as evasive as I could be, while remaining polite. I just wanted to get the car washed and get out of there. When my car was ready, I noticed a dent and paint chip on the right side. I mentioned it to the man in charge and he said it was probably from a truck. Most car washes tell you if you have something like that, especially on this new of a car, mainly so they don't get blamed (unless they did it, I suppose). I was fine driving away and forgetting about the dent but when I got into my car and it smelled like the inside of a 1970's male adult film star's underwear drawer (I'm guessing what the worst smell on the planet would be), I had to call and ask what happened. When I called, this same man in charge denied putting any smell inside my car and went as far as to say they don't even use smells at this car wash. That is pure nonsense! It's a flat out lie. Either they use smells or a man placed his smell everywhere. I pulled each carpet out of my brand new car (which hasn't had a single passenger) and smelled it, and it is literally drenched in horrible men's cologne. Every single carpet, trunk space, soft places for cologne to absorb- it is all drenched in this smell- the entire car. It's like someone was jealous and wanted to sabotage my car whilst also dominating me with their repulsive aroma. I told this man in charge on arrival that I stopped going to my last car wash because the owner hit on me and I felt awkward returning. The man in charge promised he would not hit on me- but did he spray 2 gallons of his cologne inside my car instead?!!! It's truly as if a man marked his territory inside of my car, which feels extremely creepy. I feel like my car has been violated, thus I have been violated because this person forced me to smell their disgusting smell and sabotaged my personal property to do so. To say that they don't even use smells when it's evident this smell is on everything, is absurd. My brand new Porsche is not even usable to me. I can't drive it because I can't be in it longer than ten seconds. The smell gave me a migraine, even with every window rolled down. I won't be back to this place (obviously) and am now searching for a place that gets smells out. When I called, the man in charge said I should come back so he could look into it, but what could he possibly do? He sounded fake concerned. He used the phrase "that's unfortunate", when I told him my entire car smelled like horrible men's cologne. I didn't want to risk any more damage being done, or endure another round of gaslighting (and also felt uncomfortable around him at this point), so I declined. Even if another employee accidentally put a smell in my car (I need to stress that this is not car wash air freshener- it is 100% bad men's cologne in every crevice- but for arguments sake let's say another employee drenched my car in whatever their worst air freshener is), a manager would at least say it's possible that a smell was put inside my car- but to flat out deny that smells are used here, when I'm saying my car is saturated with smell? I am certain that this man I interacted with is the person responsible for the men's cologne in every inch of my car. If they do use scents, their names are likely 'Infidelity' or 'Your Wife and Your Gardener'. It would also mean he lied and someone used their 'Cheating Wife' fragrance line on my car (I doubt the latter). In either scenario- he stinks. The man in charge portrayed himself as the owner but I doubt that. Even a half intelligent business owner would not sabotage their own company, even if they were a creepy predator. This was the behavior of someone lacking common sense and basic human decency. The smell is so horrible, I may need to replace the entire car. I wouldn't feel safe returning here as a solo female. Someone wanted their smell in my car forever, and they put in in every place imaginable to ensure that it always lingers. Extremely creepy and violating. read more

I was offered mimosas, beer or water, of course u selected a Karbach Cocktail"Paloma" I have a Mustang Mach-E "crossover" the price was $39.99 which is a lil bit pricier than my car wash from frequent car wash of $35. I took my dog to a groomers nearby and wanted to get my car detailed while i was waiting. Called ahead of time and asked for a quote. On the phone he said minimum 70$ max 110$. then proceeded to take 2 1/2 hours to do a basic detail i could've gotten anywhere else for like 60 bucks and then he charged me 200 lol. Very pleased with how clean my car looks inside and out considering how amazing the pricing is (i think i paid only $35). Did not take too long either! Maybe 20-30 minutes tops? The waiting room was very nice and clean and they made sure I was taken care of and even offered me water and coffee. Today was my first time trying Royal Hands Car Wash and it's safe to say I will be returning. My last car wash was done at Aqua and I had a horrible experience. I happened to pass by RHCW and decided to give them a try. I was immediately greeted by James at my window. He showed me my options and led me into the waiting area. The waiting area was neat and clean. They offer one free drink per customer. He offered me water, champagne, Seagrams, etc. They also offer coffee and cookies. RHCW prices are lower than Aqua as well. Once my car was done, I walked out to James inspecting the job of the young lady who was putting the finishing touches on my car. He noticed something wasn't to his standards and respectfully brought it to the young lady's attention and had her correct it. Great attention to detail and I love that! They also have a loyalty program which is a plus in my book. Check them out! read more
