Stacy (wife) is very responsive and very professional. After confirming date and time for service I found out my wife already had plans and her vehicle would not be available to get serviced. I informed them that only my vehicle would be available and they were very accommodating. The day of service they showed up right on time. Jelani and Terrel (father and son) were very professional and did an amazing detail job on the interior and exterior. The service is definitely worth the (reasonable) price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Like the saying goes, "Cheap seafood ain't good and good seafood ain't cheap." After they were done I asked if I could get on the schedule to have my wife's vehicle detailed and they scheduled me right away for the following day. The stalls for doing your interior are plentiful but on the weekends they tend to fill up with some patrons using the facilities past the recommended 20 minute time but the courteous staff does monitor these activities and will move folks along that are overstaying the allotted time. All in all a clean modern facility with friendly attentive staff.
