Stacy (wife) is very responsive and very professional. After confirming date and time for service I found out my wife already had plans and her vehicle would not be available to get serviced. I informed them that only my vehicle would be available and they were very accommodating. The day of service they showed up right on time. Jelani and Terrel (father and son) were very professional and did an amazing detail job on the interior and exterior. The service is definitely worth the (reasonable) price. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Like the saying goes, "Cheap seafood ain't good and good seafood ain't cheap." After they were done I asked if I could get on the schedule to have my wife's vehicle detailed and they scheduled me right away for the following day. I researched several options and found that wrapping was the best answer. I researched several locations and Xtreme Pro Wraps had the best balance of professionalism and cost. So here's what they did for me: 1. 3/4 wrap Satin Dark Grey (car was already black) 2. Smoked the rear and side lights 3. Gloss black wrap accent areas 4. Painted calipers red 5. Gloss powder coat the (factory) rims 6. Chrome delete The entire process took about 3 days and the car came back absolutely stunning. Prior to making a decision they were very professional and didn't pressure me at all. On my first visit the owner walked around the car and gave me his professional opinion on what would work and what colors would be best. When I was skeptical about the wrap color, Tamarra (awesome receptionist) invited me into the shop to watch a similar vehicle so I could feel confident. During the process they sent me pictures, which was an absolutely welcomed tease. On the day of the reveal I couldn't believe the transformation and wondered if it was really my car. I know I got a quality wrap because I inspected every hidden edge/corner because that's where the real professional work is done 5/5.
