Shout out thanks to Evan, the Service Manager, and Nick, the Service Tech, who handled an issue…read morewith my Ferris mower. After an oversight on the winter maintenance and a request for a new battery, Evan was extremely helpful and proactive in resolving the oversight and getting me back mowing. He was professional and put the "service" into Service Manager. Nick did the final fix and was knowledgeable and efficient. Props to him for taking all of my questions and fully explaining what he was doing. The minus one was for the oversight, but Evan and Nick earned five stars for their efforts. Thank you.
