Staff were excellent, getting the information they needed from me getting my equipment, and telling me what to do or who to call before sending me on my way. Guys, the entire process of setting up an account to walking out the door was less than 15 minutes! Unreal!!! The interior of the Xfinity store is really pretty. Technology from phones, to tablets to large flat screens line all the walls and rest on floor displays. People shopped, people opened accounts, people complained about bills, but for me it was an enjoyable experience. All cable sucks, and my parents have xfinity....it sucks. But so far the service here in augusta has yet to fail me. I know, give it time, but this review is being written shortly after setting things up (which also was an easy process) This store is located in a strip with shared parking. There really isn't an excuse for not finding parking here. It also helped that the apt I have is giving tenants free xfinity bundled into the rent, so free cable and WiFi is hard to beat when you combine it with great customer service. I'm not saying you should come here. I'm just saying that I came here and walked away happy, and I hope you do too!

They simple do not have the bandwidth to supply their customers, nor the modern technology to be competitive with their peers. Customer service is just waiting hours for useless overseas callbacks with the ingenious idea of restarting your router. Do this every few hours and sometimes you'll get internet for 20 minutes. I can happily say that this was not the case with Mighty Titans. I asked for a quote on Yelp and Ginger contacted me within 24 hours to answer all my questions. The movers, Anthony and Rick, showed up and didn't waste any time surveying the house and loading the truck. They worked diligently, knew just how to load and unload the truck to fit everything, and were very polite. Everything got to our new house just like it was when we packed it and they helped put the furniture back together. While carrying furniture into the new house, the movers nicked the wall going up the stairs. It was an honest mistake and they were genuinely sorry that it happened. Ginger was quick to help us resolve the issue, and they again apologized for the error. Overall I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend using Mighty Titans. Of note, I used a 26ft U-Haul truck and only reserved the movers for 4 hours when really it took 5 (they just charge you after the fact if you go over). I would recommend at least 5-6 hours if you are going to use that size truck. Also make sure that you get an appliance dolly and furniture pads if you need them. The Mighty Titan movers only bring a regular size dolly and a toolkit for furniture.

I didn't want to push him, so we hired someone else to do the heavy lifting. I spoke with Ginger on and off about the service, price and method of payment accepted. On our agreed upon date, two young men showed up at the agreed upon time. The minimum time allotment was 2 hours and that wasn't a problem. I quickly showed them around and put them to work. They were very respectful and careful with my items. We relocated a sectional, another large sofa, an entertainer from the garage, and lots of boxes. At the end of our time, Ginger was called and she sent an electronic invoice which I was allowed me to pay without providing my credit card info over the phone which is a pet peeve for me. All in all a great service. I wish I knew the fellas that help with my particular move as I'd request the same team. That would be nice.
