I have had the pleasure of working with Doug and Cathy for the past year or so. They are a really stand up outfit. Out of the 4 Easy Rooter Plumbing trucks they have fully wrapped for me there was only one truck with an issue but it had nothing to do with them. They used material that came defective from the manufacturer. Kathy did not hesitate to completely re wrap my truck at no charge. Awesome customer service. I am blessed to say I just acquired my 5th work truck and I'm headed straight towards them to get it wrapped! Had an amazing experience with Xgraphix not only did they meet my expectations but far exceeded them, from the very beginning Josh was incredible putting my ideas that I couldn't articulate onto a design. He had amazing listening skills and somehow was able to take figure out exactly what I wanted when I didn't even know. The installation crew did a great job on the wrap, they got into every nook and cranny and you can tell that they take great pride in what they do and I would like to say thank you to them. After about a week I spoke to Kathy about getting magnetic business cards and we started talking about the wrap where the corner was rolling up which to me was not a big deal but to her it was everything. She told me she wants everyone to be in love with their work that she will fix it or replace it. I needed to get a poster printed for a doctoral class presentation. Other students were paying astronomical amounts to get the poster printed on a 36 X 48 in color. By luck I was given Xgraphix name and gave them a call. Doug was as kind as can be, very accomodating, understood I was trying to have something simple done and completely came through for me. I will most certainly be referring this company to local schools, PTAs, sports teams, anybody. He could have easily said he didn't have time, because my job was very small, but he didn't and I am very pleased with the poster! read more

I tried to work with this company for two year and spent almost $11,000. I would say that we were a good account for them. Here is what happen. 1. They vinyl wrap FJ Cruiser. They had it for two days. We had some lifting, and the lettering in the design was crooked when applied to the truck. They gave me 10% off. 2. We had them design our company Ts, and let them pick out baseball Ts once based on their knowledge. What a let down. Felt like cheep overseas crap. Gave another small discount. 3. Ordered coffee mugs a few times. And they forgot to order item for 3 days! And then it was a mad rush to get them before our event. (You Don't Need This Kind Of Stress) 4. Communication needs improvement with Doug and Kathy. Trust me, you will need to call or e-mail regularly to get followup on production orders and design work. 5. They had to alter the logo due to it being washed out on the shirts and coffee mugs. I still paid full price for something the designer missed in pre-production. Flash forward 2016 Baby.. I was still willing to work with them because they held my artwork. And that alone made things a little easier. Not to mention that Doug has gotten use to working with the brand, and had a better idea of what we wanted. 5. While working on a redesign of our logo they ordered an embroidery sample. This came out looking like a 5 year old stitched it by hand. And they wanted to charge $75 for this garbage. SMH. Needless to say we did not move forward with that. 6. Last week I want to order some new vinyl work for our trucks and offices. About $3000 worth of work. They contacted me for the deposit. I wanted to pay cash at the time of pick up. They said they need to charge the deposit to my card.(They Had My Card on File) Ok" I said. But when I pay cash in full at time of pick up will you refund the deposit to my card. "Kathy said no". Kathy is the owner... Up to this point I wasn't going anywhere. The deposit was a small one. And not a big deal. But all things considered. She never called to discuss the matter with me. And I had had enough. Clearly they do not care about customer retention. In short I give them 2 stars. read more
