He then messaged me on his own welcoming me to ga. And that i should message him when i was coming i(which i miss him by 30mins) the employee then helped me and he was very nice. I have never had a poor experience at one in all my years of using them until today. The old white lady at the front has zero customer service skills I walked in and smiled did not get greeted at all, no hello, hey or welcome in. The lady at the counter chuckled and screamed "let me see your ID" before I even took three steps in. I used to work at a vape store in my early twenties and have never not greeted a customer as they came through the door. The lady made me feel very uncomfortable and not welcomed. I came for pods and vape juice and only purchased pods from the store because I couldn't stand to be in this rude ladies presence anymore. Drove down the street to another vape store to grab vape juice and had a completely different experience with great customer service and a welcoming energy. I wouldn't recommend this location, there are vape stores all around the same area I would pick another one over this Xhale location every single time.
