I never do this--leave a negative review--but this one takes the cake…read more I've used SSC over the years, but I won't anymore. I was asked to send a check to their Florida address, which I did. A couple of weeks later, I was told they never received it and that I needed to pay online (which wasn't an option before). I paid online, and about a week later my original check was cashed. I contacted SSC immediately to let them know I'd been double-charged and asked for a refund. That was three weeks ago. After saying he'd credit me via Venmo, the main contact has gone completely silent. Being double-charged and then ignored is unacceptable. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
