Your van(driver) nearly ran me over; got out of the van with a grin and made nasty eye contact to me(I may report this to the police with his tag number and this business). He did not appologize. I am disgusted and hope you pay the consequences for such an action of hate and disregaurd for human life. read more

They do have spots out front but the first time I went I parked under the hill and it wasn't bad because it's all free parking. You just have to walk up the hill. It is right past the train track so make sure you are aware because the light rail passes through. I think the prices are really reasonable in this day and age when we still have to print things for marketing purposes and it's always nice as a local business versus a FedEx or Kinko and the service here is superior. They let you see a proof and they are really communicative.

Their pricing and customer service sealed the deal in me choosing to move forward with them. Tara and the team were helpful and have a keen eye for small details. They brought to my attention that the logo on poster proofs would have been pixilated once printed. Our order was a bit complicated, since we were having multiple prints shipped to 20 locations. However, the team didn't bat an eye. Shipment was accurate and extremely fast -- from the time the proofs were approved to the moment the posters arrived at their respective destinations, all across the state. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend if you're on the fence!

Got connected with Jason Perash via the Off The Record app and he said he would take my case. Asked…read morehim to let me know if there was anything he needed from me. No response. The court date comes up and I reach out again to make sure he is going to show for the hearing. No response. I find out after the trial that he did not show for the hearing, and when he finally got back to me he said he could file for an appeal, which he then requested more money from me for. I then told him that I wanted a refund, which just after my response, he closed the case as "resolved", as if he did anything at all! Got in contact with Off The Record and they reopened the case and are continuing the investigation in which they said they would issue a refund for. Extremely shady and unprofessional. I do not recommend working with him.

As a follow-up....after contacting him MANY MANY MANY times, threatening legal action, and finally…read moregetting ahold of his family to help us out...we were able to get him to send us our video. He sent the raw unedited footage on tapes, and we had to pay someone else to get it converted ourselves (though that was supposed to be in the original price). Not to mention that it's totally unedited, so it's 3hrs long. The footage is OK, although I have to give him some credit for capturing at least all the major events at the wedding. He got a few decent shots in there. The major issue with the footage is that anytime a song played in the background (ie, during the baarat, ceremony, cocktail hour, first dance, family dances, etc)...there is a horrible static sound. I think it has to do with the bass and some sort of feedback on his camera mic. That's pretty irritating. At this point, I'm just happy we finally have our video!! But I reiterate - if you don't want to go through the drama I (and others) went through, then your best bet is to hire someone else for your wedding!
