This place not only needs a zero, it need to be shut down. I ordered over the phone and was told my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Great. Got to the restaurant, there's a B on the door. uhh..ok....i still went in. Dumb move. When I went in a FOUL odor hit me. it reaked in there. Then I notice that there are a ton of flies just floating around!!!! like a lot. not 1 or 2. I stood there contemplating my life then I realized that no one has even acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. I put my money in my pocket and walked out. Just so disappointed, the point of Chinese food is that it's soposed to be quick and convenient and good . I live 4 minutes away from them and placed an order at 9pm on the dot and it's past 10pm I'm still have yet to wait for my order . Also called the store about 4 times about this , they said my order was marked as priority and that's it . So very disappointed read more

This is a pretty good Chinese restaurant to order food from,the chicken wings are good,there chicken and broccoli with chicken fried & extra eggs is also very tasty dish.and it happens to be one of my favorite Chinese dishes .plus they give you really nice size portions of food.meaty peices of white meat chicken also inside the chicken fried rice with chicken & broccoli .I also ordered a pineapple chicken & white rice,that was flavorful. Prices over there are reasonable and your wait isn't long at all.This is a clean establishment ,with a decent staff. I've been coming to this location to pick up food for my daughter for some time and I have to say they are very consistent. It's on a block with not much appeal but it manages to maintain its customer base because of the quality of their food. The young lady who answers the phone and takes orders is extremely courteous and has a very good command of language. When you visit in person she makes an effort to engage you. The quality of the food is pretty fresh. My daughter asks for her food to be well done and she never has an issue with her wings being off colored when she gets deeper to the bone. She loves their french fries. Personally I've had their spring rolls and that's it but I love them. Overall, this place is good. They have maintained their A rating which to me is important and I've never waited more than say 7 mins. No complaints. read more

I actually liked this restaurant up until tonight. Last time I ordered they forgot my soda , the delivery guy came & legit told me they forgot to put the soda in the bag he didn't offer to get it or nothing. I didn't make a big deal out of it so fast forward I ordered again & I told the lady who was taking my order that they forgot my soda & please make sure it's in the bag she tells me how much it is & i say okay. The same delivery guy now comes again & guess what there's no soda in the bag & he has a NASTY attitude this time. I was just so confused he then tells me a different price from what the lady told me on the phone & refuses to give me the soda I ordered. Still I was confused because I didn't understand what the animosity was about. He then proceeds to refuse me the soda & leaves. I now call them again nobody seems to care they said they're gonna bring the soda , come to find out it was a miscommunication on their part where the lady told him false information & they took about an hour to deliver the soda when it wasn't even my fault that this miscommunication happened. if this is how they treat their customers I don't want ANYTHING to do with them. Its raining it's cold hmm here or Papa Johns. Well they have sushi hmm let's go order I say. Yuk on the sushi ok here I go again yes I had sushi at stalls in the fish market in Tokyo so I expect a certain quality fish. I know it's in Queens 2 miles from the airport this sushi tasted like fish out of the Jamaica Bay if anything it had a odd and weird consistency. Why do you need all that nasty yellow mayo based crap on spicy sushi. I was really disappointed. The other Chinese food is typical Chinese food in the urban areas of no matter where you go in the US do they all use the same menu lol as nothing is different on any. Also beware of them when they total your bill. I was told one price when I get the food they had added tax. I called them from my workplace and ordered the boneless spare ribs lunch special and i saw on the menu its 5.50. The lady on the phone told me it's probably the old menu. Its 7.50 and the minimum delivery is 8.00 so i said ok.. the price is fine. Its been like 45 mins i called them back and asked her about my order. She said what order? We dont do small deliveries it should be like $20-$25 . And i was so pissed cause i was so hungry and she didnt tell me that the first time i called. She freakin wasted my time. And i was starving. I told the front desk lady at my work cause she was the one who usually orders here. And she orders $10 atleast and its fine. So she called them back and they said ok... like seriously? This place is better than the other places around here as far as quality. They are just extremely slow to deliver. Over an hour from when I placed the order they showed up at my door. That to me is way too long. Get another driver and don't put so many orders on one person. It's not fair to the driver or customers. read more
