This is my mom's favorite chinese food restaurant in the area. She is a huge fan of their fried chicken wings and pork fried rice. They lose a star because their pricing could be better and they don't deliver. I would likely recommend this restaurant if you are a on a low-salt diet because their food is often low on salt. Their other strength is that their food is consistently good and not oily. They are also pretty friendly on the phone which is how I always make my orders. read more

Neighborhood is a little hardcore. You know the kind of hardcore that random people are just "hanging out" on the block and kind of slink by,.. watching you and eye-balling you. The place is a more then rundown inside. Graffiti on walls and bullet proof glass protecting them speaks volumes. Yelp said "Good" and they got an A rating so I gave it a try. Guy behind counter was polite enough. I ordered Hunan Chicken lunch special with Wonton Soup to go. Came out fast. $6 flat with no tax added. I like that. The wonton soup was in one of those half (or less) pint containers. Why not just give more broth? I have two wontons in there. Is more broth to equal a pint that expensive?? The lunch special too was a smaller portion. He gave it with the rice in that circular tray as opposed to the longer rectangular trays that everyone else gives. Food was very tasty though. Both the soup and the Hunan Chicken were on point... Just not too satisfying. Too small a portion left me feeling hungry still. read more

Some of the best lo mein, chicken wings, hot & sour & egg drop soup ever. If you like spicy, try the Singapore Mei Fun. When I give a party, I often order from them to supplement food that I prepare. We've been going there for at least 10-15 years. Counterman knows my usual order, comments when I haven't been there for a while but knows my husband comes in to order. When we call ahead for pickup, they know our voices and basically what we will order and the specifics (i.e. no onions (me), no sauce on boneless ribs, extra onions (my husband). Great customer service. Even though they are only 9 blocks (3-4 min. car ride) from home, I also wish they offered delivery. Best Chinese food! I've tried multiple spots around the area and you won't find anything better. The flavor is great, you get exactly what you ask for. My go to is the green fried plantain (fried just right) with chicken wings cut up or Spare rib tips. Their general tso's chicken is great as well! read more

I love chinese food because for one, it's so darn cheap and second, it really fills you up. When I first moved to Queens, I used to order chinese food for delivery all the time, however, ever since I've found this place, I've actually gotten off my butt to go to the store to buy the food because they don't deliver. The food there is amazing! Lets just say it's the most authentic "American Asian" cuisine. I started out with my traditional dishes such as Chicken with Broccoli or beef with broccoli and I was surprised at how good the food was compared to Long Island chinese take out places where I used to live. Then I started ordering other dishes that I had never ordered before. Now my favorite dishes from them are garlic chicken wings (as a meal or a snack, they are hands down, the BOMB), roast pork lo mein, once you try their lo mein, I think you'll be hooked! Finally, I still love my good old chicken with broccoli and general Tso's chicken. I think anyone who wants a good bang for their buck should try this place at least once if they are close to JFK airport. The only down side is that they don't deliver!!! read more

Im always skeptical to try new Chinese restaurants, but absolutely no complaints with this place. I ordered the chicken and broccoli with white rice and the food was delicious, fresh, and piping hot.
