A week before I had to confirm the backdrop that I wanted, the wording I wanted on the photo strip, and they asked about the vibe and colors of the party. Then a few days before my event they sent over 6 different designs for me to choose from and confirmed that I wanted the wedding-themed prop table. It was an easy process and on the day of they showed up on time and didn't have an issue that after unloading they had to park in a lot a short walk away.
