My husband said it was fine, but I was annoyed because I was planning to get more photos in after things were winding down. I went to talk to the attendant, and he said that the DJ had said to pack up. He did re set up the booth for us so we could take more photos, but it ruined my mood that he would pack up early without asking us. There were still guests standing around taking selfies and group photos on their phone. Some of them would have liked to take more photo booth pics. I felt rushed because he had already packed up before and he looked annoyed about setting the booth back up, so I took pics for a few minutes and then let him pack up again. I wouldn't have made him stay until 11:30 like we had paid, but I wish I had had him stay a little longer than just the few rushed shots after resetting up the booth. We originally booked with SnapCam months in advance for our wedding. We were told that the next time of communication would be 1 week before the wedding. However, when I reached out 2 weeks before for planning logistics, SnapCam emailed me a few hours later that they had to cancel due to an unexpected situation. Though frazzled and disappointed, I appreciated their communication. They refunded not only our deposit but also a little extra compensation given the last minute change, and they sent several nearby photo booth recommendations to help us find an alternative.
