They used to offer mainly Mexican brews, but have now switches to a more international selection. Mexican or not: the beers are usually overpriced. Additionally, the staff usually doesn't know much about the beer they're selling apart from the style and where it's from. But no information on, for example, flavor, notes, hoppiness etc. The food you'll find here is your typical bar food: pizza, fries and some other finger foods that go well with a glass of beer. The pizza is good, but the rest is just ok. Again, the pizza is fairly pricy considering the size. So overall it's fine, it just doesn't offer anything special really. When no other bars are nearby, I'll go here and I'll have a good time. But I'd prefer to go somewhere else where the atmosphere is friendlier and the beer is nicer and cheaper too.

One night, we didn't have any plans and weren't ready to call it a night, so we decided to check it out. One thing you should know, is that my husband is obsessed with craft and artisan beer. He loves trying new brews and even scored them on an app. When I tell you this was his definition of heaven, I'm not exaggerating. Their list of options and beer styles was amazing. My husband had never seen some of them before (Madagascar bourbon vanilla rocky road fudge cake stout). The only hiccup was that I had no idea how to say "flight" in Spanish. So we ended up having to order six small glasses of each beer he picked. They were not small at all! They were what we'd consider full pours. Needless to say, my husband was okay with that because he loved so many of them. I wasn't hungry but still wanted something to pick at. I got the strawberries with tres leches and seasonal ice cream. We were blown away by its simplicity and deliciousness. There were some herbs and spices in there that made it amazing. The ambiance is great for a chill night out and they're dog friendly.
