so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.

The best? They did it in 3 days!! I couldn't believe how fast they could produce their shirts and with such quality. Of course this wouldn't happen in 3 days with 90 shirts, but a quick 10 they can knock out! The unique? It is ran by a mother and daughter who are exceptional at customer service and have a passion for the local community. The worst? Protip: Do NOT use Apple Maps to get to their location, Apple Maps keeps using the wrong address. Use the address in Google maps, on Google, or Yelp! The poor owner has been trying to fix their Apple Maps for over a year now and it keeps rerouting to the old building.

Their pre-designed templates are kept fresh and their turnaround time is impressive, especially on rush orders. We're not local... Several states away in fact, but we're not kept waiting for orders. One (only) of our many past orders had a production flaw where screen printing on shirts was coming off in the wash. After I sent some pictures, Image Market replaced the entire order, over $1000 value, no further questions and no shipping charge. Downsides? The per-item cost feels a little high... we're usually paying around $9 for cotton tees... and we're not "buying local", but the convenience of designing online, setting quantities, and getting proofs without having to go back and forth on the phone with a local salesperson keeps us coming back.
