The guys were running early and called to ask if they could come in 1.5 hours. I was thrilled to have our fridge sooner than scheduled. They were professional, polite and efficient. Our old fridge was too big to fit through our front door so they asked our permission to remove the door. They did it carefully and removed our old fridge by lifting it across our hardwood floors. The new fridge was too big to fit easily through the front door, so they removed the fridge doors to ensure nothing got damaged. They reassembled everything good as new. I had an IKEA order split in two and both portions were delivered by XPO and I was VERY satisfied with both. In teams of two they both took the time to bring all the boxes by hand into my garage, neatly place them in a way that I could read all the item codes and check them off the list. Little details like placing their foot under the boxes before dropping them on the floor so that they would damage anything was very much appreciated. These guys delivered my Ikea furniture today. Really great service. I had several boxes, probably ten I think and they all made it which was my main concern because Ikea boxes are confusing. They showed up in the scheduled window and called when they were ten minutes away. When they got to my apartment building they called to confirm the buzzer number. I had an AMAZING experience with my Peloton delivery! They called me the day of my purchase to pick a day and promised I would get a call the day before for a time slot, then the delivery day 30 minutes before my delivery arrived. It all went as expected! My delivery guy called 30 minutes before AND XPO called to confirm my guy was 30 minutes away. It was extremely safe and a very pleasant experience! Very happy with the my fridge delivery just today. Purchased big Samsung Bispoke fridge 36inch which required 4 doors removal and reinstall. Apparently some delivery companies are making big problems with that. But RXO guys came on time and I saw that they knew what they are doing with dissassembly the fridge doors. We were expecting a delivery to show up on a Monday 5-9pm but you are surprised they called to say they can come sooner. I like the professionalism of their work. Help me bring my mattress into my home. I will definitely use XPO next time. The only thing could be improved would be the app, It tells you that it's coming but you don't see the truck. Even after response from owner and escalated delivery they still no showed. Try to call and no answer. They send automated sms that mean nothing because they do not deliver nor care about their customers. I would never recommend and would hope retailers who use their services reconsider. This has been a nightmare. 4 reschedules and still do not have my items. Rated back down to 1 star but truly they don't even deserve that. read more

I really appreciated getting the heads up texts to let me know when they were coming (rather than sitting around waiting for delivery sometime between 9am and 9pm). The delivery team was SUPER friendly, and was open to leaving my heavy packages inside my house, instead of just dropping them outside in the rain/snow. Appliances delivered on the date promised and was provided with notification the night before and also given a 30 minute warning which was met to the minute. new and old appliances were moved efficiently and with care into the basement with no damage at all.
