It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

My esthetician gave me an amazing scalp treatment, checking in regularly in pressure and comfort. I floated into bliss (and trust me, I've had a lot of massages). The timing, the variety, the scalp, neck, shoulder and arm combo--it was all perfection. 6/5 stars because Corona is ridiculously lucky to have this scalp massage gem. We've had two appointments with him and every time my son gets out the chair he walks a little taller. That says a lot about the cut when you feel how you look especially with a 6 year old! Lol Kuts and Queens is a clean facility and the vibe is comfortable. I was able to meet with the owners our first day in and I really love the family dynamic and how welcoming they were. Made me feel like I've known them for years first time meeting them. This is definitely the only barbershop we'll be frequenting.

I came in for a Brazilian wax and I was very nervous but Marisa was very understanding and talked me through the whole process. Something I really appreciated was that she made conversation with me through the whole thing which helped calm my nerves.
