He went out of his way to open the door for me at times, and his grandson even offered to comp the pressing when they had at one point misplaced a plastic collar insert to one of my shirts. As for the service itself, they've always left my clothing with that "JC Penney smell", restored the creases to my dress pants and shirts, and they undo the horrific browning around my collars so that's all I can reasonably ask for at this price. The only thing I might add is that they will try and accommodate you if you need your stuff back even quicker, so it's always worth asking if the need arises. Joe

The lady said no which is fine so I drove to the gas station to pull out cash from the ATM and came right back. All I needed was quarters for the machines. I bring my clothes in and place it in the washing machine. But the lady that was there earlier is now outside which at first I was patient but then I got annoyed. I ring the bell at the register twice since she wants to act like I'm not the only person inside. I finally got fed up and grabbed my clothes and left and she had no cares in the world.
