04/05/24 RE: Jenny ~…read more Went in earlier in the week for my symptoms. By Thursday everything had worsened. My phone call was misdirected on Thursday so I had to call back Friday morning. Jenny was extremely helpful and was able to get a stronger medication called in. I appreciate her helping me in this situation. She is an amazing and extremely efficient. Normal wait in lobby 35 to 40 minutes finally get called by nurse to go weigh and then to room,…read moretake vitals then was told there was five people in front of me and the doctor had a surgery to do first so the wait time in room could be 20 minutes to two hours . I asked why wasn't I told this in waiting room waiting to get called , I got no answer instead I was told that they open at 8am and they are an hour behind as soon as they open the door well I said I would like to know now if it's 20 minutes or two hours now so I can go somewhere else then nurse leaves I sit there another 15 min waiting and then proceeded to front desk and asked did she find out if it was 20 minutes or two hours wait time because I could just go somewhere where else. I just walked out thinking if she knows that they are an hour behind every day when they open at 8am why do u wait until patient is in the the room to tell the about a two hour wait time . This use to be a good urgent care close and convenient with good staff No longer so save urself so time just drive sherman

My 93 year old mother received excellent care here and left here in much better physical condition…read morethan when she arrived. They did have a couple problems while she was there, wasps got in the light fixture in her room and there was also a water leak, but both were handled quickly and efficiently and Mom was moved to a different room. The staff there is very friendly and took good care of Mother.
