Called and visited with the office staff.. gave her a heads up of what was going on with me. I felt comfortable heading that way because of the capability they have there. I went in with severe lower back pain that had happened just quick- onset. when I arrived, it didn't take long in the waiting room before I was in an exam room. the nurse was very thorough getting the vitals and getting information then shortly after that I saw the nurse practitioner. She was also very attentive listening to my past health and then a thorough exam. she treated this problem with a couple of prescriptions and I am much much better today I am confident I will be completely well by the end of the prescriptions. The provider Ali Rowland. She was horrible. She only stuck her head through the door to tell me, "You are done here." It's just allergies. I asked for a shot and a prescription. She told me no, that I was done there. The bed side manor was awful. I do NOT suggest going to this urgent med if you want a decent experience. I can't even believe that this business let's a provider treat people this way. I have tried to email like they asked me to, to resolve this issue. But the email address keeps coming back saying it's not an email address. read more

Don't go to this place! I went in for a headache and they treated me like a pill head and told me to go see another doctor. They don't care to even listen to you and the women doctor there I think her name is "Allie" was very rude and treated me like shit. I will never be returning! read more
