I actually haven't been back to this urgent care since I was diagnosed with Covid in December 2020, and they were very efficient back then. My visit today was pretty long, but better than waiting days to get into my pcp for just a viral cold. The online appointment system works great. The staff was super nice. I felt heard, and they did everything they could for me at the time. It's clean and organized. This is my favorite urgent care in Muskogee. read more

ABYSMAL service speed. came in for a flu, covid and strep test. appointment was at 1:30 got seen finally at 2:20. and waited until after 4 for the results. still left before we got the results because of how long it took. absolute snail speed dragging his feet all over the place. would not recommend coming here if you have anything else planned for the rest of the week. I would like to express my appreciation for the doctors and nurses at Xpress Wellness; they have always provided excellent care. However, I am extremely frustrated with the billing department and would like to formally address the issues we have encountered over the past year. We have Tricare as our primary insurance and a secondary policy that covers any remaining balance after Tricare processes claims. There have been no changes to our coverage, and we have not had any prior issues until recently. Starting last year, we began receiving automated text messages stating we owed a $25 copay. I paid the first copay; however, at a subsequent visit, the front desk staff assured me these messages were auto-generated and that our secondary insurance would cover any outstanding balances. Based on that information, I did not take further action. Unfortunately, we later began receiving bills, including one dating back to January of last year, despite our secondary insurance's ongoing coverage. I provided the billing department (specifically Lori) with proof of payment, including the check number for the January charge. While I was on the phone with Lori, my husband contacted our secondary insurance (who have been incredibly helpful). During this process, it became clear that several issues existed on Xpress Wellness' end: Lori initially claimed they no longer contract with our secondary insurer but was unable to provide the date this change supposedly occurred. Our secondary insurance later confirmed that they had received claims from Xpress Wellness as recently as this year. The billing office had incorrect contact information (fax number, phone number, P.O. Box, and email) for our secondary insurer, which explains their claim that they were unable to reach them. It was evident that the billing office had not forwarded the necessary documentation -- specifically, the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from Tricare -- to our secondary insurance for payment processing. Lori stated she "could not control" what the front desk communicated to patients, which is concerning given the consistent misinformation we received during check-ins. I requested that Lori send me an email detailing all bills, including the dates they were submitted to our secondary insurance, the method used for submission, and the exact date they supposedly ended their contract with our secondary. She agreed to send this after her inbound call period ended at noon; however, no email was received. Given the circumstances, it appears the billing department failed to follow through with the proper claims process and miscommunicated critical information to us. This has resulted in unnecessary billing notices and confusion. Requested Actions: 1. A full, written account of all outstanding bills, including submission dates to our secondary insurance and methods used. 2. The exact date when (if) the billing office terminated any relationship with our secondary insurance. 3. Clarification on the processes being used moving forward to ensure claims are handled properly. 4. Assistance in resolving these billing errors without further unnecessary burden placed on us as patients. We pay a significant premium for our secondary coverage to avoid exactly these types of issues. It is unacceptable for our family to be penalized due to internal errors or a lack of process on your part. read more

I am only giving it one star bc zero stars isnt an option. The staff are completely out of it and stand around. They have wait times of 4.5 hours plus while the staff meanders around. They do not provide an option to make an appointment for the time they have available that day. Went in to see about a possible UTI and was told they don't treat dehydration. They didn't even know if that was the case as they hadn't looked at the patient. Anyway, don't go here because they provide subpar services. read more

I have never had issues until this year when they went with a third party for billing. They have sent wrong codes multiple times that it has taken months to try to get fixed. One was fixed and they have $89 to refund me. But they won't release it because of a $63 charge that is also needing to be recoded. I have tried calling over 50 times in the last 6 months to talk to the third party as local won't do anything anymore. Sometimes I get answered or called back. Get told a supervisor will help me and nothing. Now they have sent it to collections and who knows what that means. I've never had anything go to collections and always settle my debts. But they won't help me fix it. I will never use them again until they get billing back local. Horrible. read more
