No one just processes you like cattle. Thank you. My only suggestion would be to be specific what to expect at the next appointment. I've been afraid of the next time when there was no reason. Thank you HO

You better look them up yourself because they don't tell you. So, this wasn't my experience, but it was my dad's and unfortunately, he is gone now, and I don't come and leave this review because I'm mad, he passed away. i come here to leave this review to warn others of how crap the communication is, not only between staff and patients but as well as family members who call only to check in and nothing personal, but they will not tell you. And we all know some people can be hardheaded so there is only one way to know but they just don't care. This review has nothing to do with their tech or whether their facility is lacking. This review is purely about the actual service from the workers.

After a bit of time, the nurse came and got us and took my weight and then back to the exam room. The nurse got the info did vitals and temperature. Then she let the dr know we were here. After almost a half hour of waiting, we finally met with the dr and set a surgery date for my hysterectomy. The Dr was very nice and between my husband and myself, he made us feel welcome to the facility. We look forward to forming a cohesive relationship during my care.

Lied to by discharge nurse about what was actually done in surgery. Lectured to about how this is a Tylenol/Ibuprofen surgery only.... this surgery has been way worse than my c sections ever were. I was told I didn't need to take any time off after surgery. Maybe that would of changed if i would of been allowed to speak to Dr about what was actually done. Dr Moxley did call me at home because i was discharged without speaking to her, oxy was still working then. She seemed concerned, but i definitely was not prepared for the severe pain after oxy wore off. Was sent home with medication, but verly helped. Sents the lectures about Tylenol and Ibuprofen only i didn't call. Monday i requested refill, finally helping. Denied refill because Dr is out, again told Tylenol/Ibuprofen. My husband has had 2 stem cell transplants for cancer. Being lied to after treatment, about your treatment is a huge RED FLAG. Being denied access to surgeon and results of surgery is also a Red flag. Pain being dismissed is a Red Flag. Lack of pain control has triggered my migraines, I again can't eat or sleep. But realize there is no point in calling again. Also if your Dr at a cancer resurch center doesn't have a on call when they are out of office... that's a RED flag. If anyone wishes to discuss this my full name is Debra Winterroth, Dr Moxley's patient.
