Customer Service sucks!! Called to tell them that within 2weeks ALL of my lashes fell off not sure if the tech put the sealent on? They told that was "normal" and did nothing to accommodate my unsatisfactory other than blame it on me. So if you call or send her a message, she will get back to you within 48 hours--don't worry! I went to Rachael for my very first microblading experience and I'm glad she was who worked on my brows! Microblading is a process that uses a special pen that draws on individual strokes one by one to resemble hair. It's great for those ladies who have issues with over plucked brows, sparsely grown brows, gaps, or no brows! It's a very natural look! For your initial consultation she will spend about up to an hour shaping and measuring your brows with her special tools for the perfect shape and look. The actual microblading process was a lot less painful than I thought it was going to be. I honestly think I freaked myself out more than anything. It feels like eyebrow threading or getting your brows plucked. Rachael is very meticulous and skilled at what she does. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She will ask if you are doing ok during her session and have you look at the progress and see if it's to your liking and will do whatever adjustments you'd like. Hard to find ( inside of someone else's business ) and when I got there I was quoted a lot higher than on the phone. I figured maybe it's because there aren't many salons in the area that do the microblading. I'll just wait until I get back to Seattle, lots more competition and the prices are lower. Can't comment on the service because I didn't get that far, but if I'm going to spend that much money I feel that the customer service should of been better. read more

Very poor experience. Rachel attempted to micro blade my wife's eyebrows two times and after $600 later she only had scars to show for the experience. She had them redone at Sas Salon in Mechanicsburg and got excellent results and in a much cleaner and friendlier environment. read more

I did a lot of research on Microblading while choosing a location to get it done. The place in DC that I really wanted (and in hindsight should have went with) was such a long drive from my home in York so I went with Xquisite. On Facebook there are lots of great reviews so I made an appointment and had the procedure done. The owner Racheal explained everything and I felt I was in good hands. While having the procedure, there was no pain but I was very uncomfortable because of the provocative topics she chose to chat about. Politics and abortion. She even asked me a seemingly rhetorical question, so when I did not answer she basically told me what the "right" answer is. I politely declined to continue the conversation. Fine. When she was finished, my brows looked great, although the color seemed too red for my natural brows to match. That same day I wrote a 5 star review. I now have removed the review, and should have saved it until after I knew what my true result would be. Almost all of the hair strokes disappeared. I didn't sweat bc I knew I had the second touch up. If you bring up any concerns, the stock answer you get is "everyone heals differently." While this can be true, for many reasons, I know of other places that deliver consistent results. I have never been happy with my healed results. I have expressed this, and gotten two additional touch ups. Other microblading professionals have said I should have this pigment removed. It is a blueish purple shadow in the shape of brows. I think many women, like myself, got excited over the fresh results and wrote premature glowing reviews. I would not recommend this place again. I have referred people in the past who have gone and were not happy. Another person I referred made an appointment, found out she was pregnant, and Racheal refused to refund her down payment. So with the unprofessionalism regarding the hot topics, and unsatisfactory results I'd say pay the extra money and go to DC read more
