As we prepared our apartment for a complete remodel we found it necessary to get rid of piles of "junk" that we had accumulated over the years. As we live in a high-rise apartment, large item removal and trash pick up is extremely limited to say the least. Decided to call a trash hauler and so glad we did business with XS Trash. They were exceptionally helpful on the phone explaining the various prices. We set a schedule for the following morning. The driver called in advance to let us know they were 20 minutes away. The owner of this company is rude and obnoxious. Never have I dealt with such a small business owner like this. He calls you on the phone and wants you to give him all your credit card details over the phone. When you tell him he needs to provide a more secure method to get paid, he starts screaming. Also, trying to pay them with a credit card triggers a fraud alert. This is a small mom and pop company that should be out of business. Look elsewhere. There are much more professional companies out there. read more
