The process was painless, since I didn't even have to be on site to get the quote. After considering options, I selected Your Junk Remover for the work based on reviews and pricing, and Joe's professionalism. Overall the value, professional demeanor and friendly can-do attitude was much appreciated. I would highly recommend Joe and team if you need junk removed. One of their competitors (who shall remain nameless; let's call them Noname Junker) cancelled my estimate appointment day-of, after texting and calling me that morning. All that after I had confirmed the date weeks in advance. I guess I wasn't worth Noname Junker's time and they really didn't want my business. My experience with Your Junk Remover was all but the opposite of that story--Joe sent me a quote after inspecting the work, we kept in touch over text, and we easily scheduled the removal at my convenience. I am beyond impressed with "Your Junk Remover". I had filled out their online form and within minutes received a text from Joe who is the owner. We agreed for them to come a few days later on a Saturday at 9am. Joe and his team arrived a few minutes earlier and immediately got to work. A few short hours later, my late father's condo was completely cleared of all personal belongings. These guys are quick! Joe was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He is gentleman that has integrity and work ethic, which are rare traits now a days. His team divided and conquered. While 2 guys were unloading a full load at the dump, Joe stayed behind to continue to work so there was no time lost.
